Such a small gem in the middle of nowhere. Belvidere is at West most end of NJ where you can practically walk over the bridge and walk into PA. This is a small quiet town with plenty of places to walk and see. This particular cafe is rarity as its really hard to find a spot that offers so much variety in coffee. The details of where they get their coffee slips my mind, but if you as they will gladly explain. They have all the machinery to process their coffee (which you can sort-of appreciate while waiting for your coffee). I love to order my latte with oat-milk and it's always made to perfection. If you want to try something different, staff is very helpful. What perhaps got me to like the spot even more is their playful way of trying to get people to interact. The atmosphere is super relaxed. Almost gives you that "Downtown NY" vibes. They do offer a points system to loyal customers and accept card and cash payments. This place sure is a gem in our little town. The coffee and teas are really high quality, beans are roasted right there on site. The Cafe serves a wide selection of delicious beverages. Hot and cold. The experience on the interior of the store is fantastic, great environment and ambiance. The owners and baristas are always joyful, welcoming and very friendly. The price point is a little higher than, say Dunkin' donuts, but you really are getting what you pay for! Don't be cheap! The only downside is the hours of operation, they are extremely limited. Which tends to happen to any small business in this town. However you can order online for home delivery. In most cases you can get a discount online. This is the best coffee we've had so far on the east coast. They roast their own beans with their setup clearly visible in the back. While there is probably some charm to the concept of an experienced roaster knowing by eyeing the color, they appear to have a gas chromatographer and know exactly how to use it. We've been several times and have often bought beans from them to make at home. They are consistently high quality. When sitting at the location, it is what I would expect from a coffee shop. They have a small selection of baked goods, but it is all about the coffee and tea.
