McDonald's — Restaurant in Belzoni

I totally rate this store a zero. The customer service was extremely poor and the tea containers are filthy and should be discarded. I also witnessed a worker on the front give food to the wrong customer.The customer opened the bag took the food out, handled it with her hands and said this is not my food, handed it back to the employee and she looked up and handed it to the person that it actually belonged to. The manager was actually Snappy and snazzy with the customers and her attitude wasn't any better. It is my professional opinion that the Health Department be notified and sending in on these people. They use bleach to cover up odors. I personally would never eat there again or drink anything out of there and if I'm standing on the outside of that store I will do my best to get people to go and eat somewhere else. I will make sure that I express to them how unclean and unfriendly and how poor the customer service is!!! I wish zero was a choice but in order to post this I have to give a rating so that's why it's only getting one star! It is not even...

With all of the negative ratings that I have read I am surprised that the owners have not done something about it. Went though the drive through last night, an 18 minute ordeal, got home with my order and it was wrong. Drove back and told them the order did not include the nuggets, gave them bag and contents back and showed them my receipt, told them I did not want what was in the bag as it would be cold by the time I got home. When I got too the second window wait, wait, wait, finally that handed me a bag and when I looked in it, not my order, I handed it back and they asked what I had ordered, I told them and that really confused them, wait, wait, wait. They handed a bag out the window and I looked in it, almost correct, no barbecue sauce, they passed the sauce through the window with a disgusted look on their face. The order was correct, got home the burger was cold, suspect that it was the one that I had returned. Second time through was 15 minutes total...

I ordered and after 20 minutes of waiting and 6 orders done that ordered after me I was asked what I ordered. I told the lady and then she disappeared in the back for 10 minutes before bringing someone's food out to them. She doesn't say anything 3 times while she hands people their order. Finally after another 10 minutes the manager comes out and talks to me. She has it made and refunds my 2 extra espresso shots because of something not working. I get a mile down the road and grab my 2 double cheeseburgers and there was nothing on it but meat and cheese, but what's worse is it's really cold and nasty tasting. I did not go back because I did not want to deal with that again. They already gave me really old burgers and when I say old I mean i could not eat it. So the manager did Good by helping me and fixing my order but her employees are making that store...
