Ruzy's Bar & Grill Indoor Golf Simulators — Restaurant in Bemidji

I have been to Ruzy's 3 times now, eaten there twice. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. I sat at the bar each time, the young man who bartends has completely ignored me each time, he prefers to visit with the customers he knows. There were only 12 people in the bar, including the golf simulators. I watched him walk by me at least 5 times before he stopped and asked what I wanted. Then again, my empty beer sat there for quite a while before he bothered to ask if I wanted another. The food was ok, $15 for 8 smaller wings seemed steep. It took a long time for a slow night. The other two people across the bar from me struggled to get service too. We were the ONLY 3 people sitting at the bar. I feel that the bartender was new and could really use some customer service training. When the final bill came it did not match menu prices, looks like they add extra fees to each item for some reason, I didn't wait to ask. I was really excited to eat here based on the reviews, but unfortunately was kind of disappointed. When we got there last night it took a while for someone to come over to us and give us menus/ask for drinks. It was a little busy so we tried to be patient, but then finally once we got our food/drinks, the service was even slower, it took a while before someone checked in to see if we needed another drink while we were eating. We would have had a few more drinks with dinner if the waiter didn't take so long, when we looked at the bar, those customers were getting their drinks as soon as they were running low. I will say the burgers are good and it's a nice, clean place, the boneless wings were just OK. But unfortunately we may have caught them on a bad night, or they could have been understaffed which may not be their fault. Maybe once they are more established it...

We went there for my husband's birthday. His burger was extremely undercooked. He didn't realize until he was almost halfway through and tasted the raw meat. He was bummed out. He just wanted a good burger for his birthday. When he told the waiter, the waiter let the "cook" know and later came back to tell my husband that next time he should let them know right away so "we can fix it". I thought that was a little snarky to be honest. From what I have been reading in these negative reviews, it seems as though these people can't give singers apologies. Those go a very long way. The food is mediocre at best and the prices are too high. Sorry to say.
