Worst Fast Food Experience in 54 Years! Leaving a negative review for fast food is like leaving a negative review for your oral surgery--what did you expect? A gentle gum massage? Sunday night (8PM 02/07/2021) I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger meal from the drive-thru. I was the only person in line and received my order in about a minute. So far so good. I drove over to the now creepy Vista View that overlooks the Moth Ball Fleet (or what's left of it) and opened my bag to begin my humble repast. The fries and burger were not even at room temperature but seemed to have been stored in a fridge prior to being pawned off on me. Despite being hungry, I threw the burger and fries in the trash and drove home to Oakland. There is absolutely zero excuse for feeding people garbage! I spent 9.98 on something that will end up in the landfill. Shame on you, Carl's Junior!...

Nice staff here but everything else sucks. Every time I frequent this location along my commute I am confronted by aggressive con artists/pan handlers. Mostly this happens at the gas station pump, but recently it has happened twice in the restaurant. The last time (late August), I actually feared for my safety. I addressed this by asking the staff to contact the police after I was threatened by a large panhandler in the restaurant but they instead gave the aggressor some free tacos. Really?! That was the exact meal I paid for and attempted to unsuccessfully eat there. Their resolution was to reward the criminal, pathetic. This place needs a security guard on the property.

Additionally the tables are rarely cleaned and the bathrooms are extremely foul. Stay far away from this location, drive on a few more miles and you will be much...

I have been to this location now more then a half a dozen times and at least half the time my order has been wrong or food not good.

Today I picked the chicken out of my grilled chicken salad and ate the chicken. I also picked out a very little bit of lettuce that I managed to find that wasn't to brown. Most of the lettuce was brown all around the edges and then some. I got the Turkey Burg in a Lettuce wrap Monday and asked for no onions, no sauce and to add Swiss cheese. The damn thing had onions AND Sauce!

So 3 out of 5 salads from here had more brown nasty Lettuce then good lettuce and 2 out of 4 Turkey Burgers were screwed up.

Sorry Carl's Junior..... I wont be back and I am giving you a bad review. I think I gave you more then enough chances.

Now my lunch is over and I am still hungry because I had to throw away more then 3/4...
