I recently ordered breakfast here through grubhub. Admittedly, I spaced out and had my aunt's address still in there from when I house sat a few weeks ago. She's in the NE and being back home in Manayunk, I just didn't realize the error until after I placed the order. As soon as I figured out my mistake, I called to let them know what happened and I was treated VERY poorly by the girl who answered the phone. She was clearly aggravated and handled the situation with grace of a baboon. I was abruptly told to "hold on," where I then had the priveledge of listening to her animatedly argue with someone in the background about the situation. When she got back on the phone and it was evident that the order would have to be cancelled, I apologized to the response of a huffy grunt and a dial tone.
I understand that I caused a mighty inconvenience and unfortunately, the driver was already out on the delivery, but the customer relations was deplorable. This is not a place that I would patronize in the future, even if I do happen to be in the right...

Got our order wrong and refused to do a refund or any other option to satisfy the customers (which my coworkers and I who obviously work at a hospital with the address given can't give food back for a refund because of the Covid patients we are around). An employee decided to yell at and be rude as well as short tempered with my coworker and I on the phone and told us he was hanging up. I made a public post disapproving of their services rendered and their response was "You just want to eat for free don't lie. Have a nice day;)". I can't believe the disgusting comment coming from anyone let alone a small business - especailly in times like these. Obviously they could care less about their customers and are too stuck up to worry about their reputation. Read moreI would like to say that I had a better experience at Belly Busters but I didn't. The food was good not great but let me get to the service and more specifically the rudeness of the lady at the counter.
I ordered online through a link on Belly Busters Facebook page because it allowed me to do so. Payment was accepted and a confirmation email from Belly Busters was received by me stating that my order would be ready at the time given.
The lady at the counter saw my order but was incredulous stating that I should not have ordered that way. Somehow that is my fault and not the business' own fault for not removing the link on the Facebook to order from. She then proceeded to tell me after she made the order, oh and after payment was accepted, that she would not make my order if I ordered that way in the future because the prices are wrong. Again, somehow this is my fault as the customer. She begrudgingly handed me the order that I paid for. I will not be going back in the future...
