ALDI — Local services in Bensalem Township

Ok I really like this place. I do most my food shopping here. As prices go up and so has there but in the long run their prices are still better then most. There are some times I can't find what I'm looking for. But that the same when I go to other stores too. All in all they are still pretty good. At Aldi today most time they are really good today though not so they had a different cashier Nasir they need to retrain him. He didn't care how he put they groceries into that cart. Never left room for the heavy items just was going to throw them on top of special items that he should have put up on something else. I had to grab them. Was going to make me change carts when I had gallons of water instead of letting put my cart where the groceries could been put right into the cart that I had. I told him don't do that I'm not going to unload two carts you'll wait for me I'm right there. I was moving my cart right there. He gave me a dirty look. I'm an older person I can't load and unload two carts the next time I'll just walk out of all these and go somewhere else if this happens again. Never before have they...

Aldi Bensalem is a great store. There is an abundance of fruits and vegetables. They do have cut up produce for sale. There is a plethora of cheeses, dried meats, hummus and tziki to choose from. Aldi also has a meat case and frozen foods. The difference between Aldi and other grocery stores is the brand names. You will not find the usual American brand name produced foods like nestle, Nabisco, etc. You will find Aldi store brand or European brand foods. I also noticed a Spanish food section. I would advise you venture to try the Aldi brand, as they are comparable if not superior to regular American brands. Aldi also offers TWICE AS NICE which means if you don't like the product, you return it for a full refund even if the package is opened and has been sampled. Aldi store is clean and well maintained. You do need a quarter to get a shopping cart but it is returned when you return the cart. You also need to bring your own bags and bag your own groceries as this helps with cost containment. I generally love shopping at Aldi, but today at this location I was truly disappointed by how I was treated by one of their staff😞😞😞.From the moment we showed up at her register she seemed so annoyed by our presence, and appeared as if she didn’t wanna even deal with us. She rushed us through without even asking us if we needed bags and started ringing the customer behind before I even complete my credit card transaction. She apparently couldn’t stand our presence which quickly showed up on her face and attitude. I spoke to the manger about her behavior and called her unprofessional. I also observed how she was so welcoming and nice to other customers in comparison to how we were treated. This employee in particular needs to be educated about diversity and how to respect individuals from all walks of earth. She shouldn’t mistreat individuals and make them Feel unwelcomed because of their faith or any other reason. Really...
