ALL I wanted was a mocha Frappe my way!
I am particular about how my frappe is made. I like a shot of espresso added to it that way it actually has some coffee. And I like them a lot better than Starbucks if they are made that way.
So I go through the drive-thru and Order My medium mocha frappe, add a shot of espresso, at 6:08 p.m. on September 12th, 2017. The manager does come and tell me that their machine goes into a self cleaning mode and it will force it upon them if it is continually "over-riden" from cleaning by the operator. But no worries this only takes 12 minutes. She comes back a few minutes later and tries telling me something , i'm not sure what she was trying to say, but gave me my dollar for the shot of espresso. Explained again how the process takes 12 mins. I think somebody must have started the machine over, with her I don't know. After over 20 minutes I go inside after sitting in my car with my grandson and my teenager patiently waiting with me. I see an employee taking a frappe to somebody at a table so I know by now the machine is working properly. But I cannot get anybody's attention! I asked several times where's the manager, cuz I see her no where, and no one else knows why I'm standing there! Nobodies really asking me either!
Well she was busy giving back some customers $20 for their order! Have you ever been giving back your money for your order at a McDonald's? It's never happened to me! it has to be pretty freaking bad service for them to give you back all your money.
At that point the manager says will somebody please make this poor woman's frappe. Well I guess my complaining got me a restaurant f* you! I go to take a sip of my frappe, and no lie it must have had 3 shots of espresso in it! I guess that employee decided she was going to teach me a lesson for complaining!
Hell yeah I was complaining! I was told it was going to be 12 minutes I could deal with that I said I just wanted it made right. After waiting 30 minutes and having to harass people to get it, yeah by then I'm really mad. But I wasn't rude! But do I deserve to have something that I paid for ruined? It's a good thing I guess, that it was too much trouble for her to spit in it too! At least I know there were too many people there to witness her trying that one!
By the way, most of the employees were zombies but less productive. Standing around doing absolutely nothing and looking confused.
Don't bother trying to call them to complain. Cuz all you're going to get is a busy signal for the rest of Eternity!
Because this is a McDonald's that doesn't get frequented by the locals and only Travelers, they don't seem to give a damn about the quality of customer service! So keep on driving! Hip up the Wendy's in Benson city limits! THEY CARE, AND THE TOWN FOLKS KEEP IT BUSY CUZ THEY KNOW YHE...

Read moreUPDATE: After waiting weeks, I never recieved the money that I was overcharged. The manager and I went through many emails and he finally agreed to give me the money he owed me. I am not surprisedand I am still owed the money!
So....for the manager who bragged about being the manager there for 4 years, I do not know what you consider good customer service, but I believe you know that our experience was far from it. After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, the 3 cars in front of us were still sitting in parking spaces waiting for their food. There were three or four cars stuck behind us. We were greeted with an urgengy to pay upfront. Weird. I asked if the food was actually ready or had they even started. I wasn't going to pay if no food was even close. I might as well have asked her to go clean up her room. So for another lengthy spell of unnecessary words from a person who was treating us as if we'd showed up unannounced, we finally got a mixture of fresh fries scooped out with the older batch, burgers on hard edged bread, no drink, the wrong receipt and not enough change for the order. I overpaid for undeserved smugness, poor food and nothing to wash it down with. I just want the owner of this franchise to have the professionalism to respond to us all out here.
