Dunkin' — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

I don't even know where to start with this honestly. I've always been a fan of dunkin and was so excited when they came to benton harbor. Unfortunately I've given this place 4 or 5 seperate chances. Each time hoping it was just a stressful day or new employees. But after seeing the exact same employees each time and having the same experience... I am at wits end. I went today. Mind you, there was a maximum of 5 customers if that. And 6 employees including the manager. Tried the drive thru thus time since alot of people say it's easier and better service. Still ended up going inside after they messed up my drink 2 times. And kept handing it back to me. I specifically ordered a drink and order caramel syrup as a topping. Twice they gave it to me with none. I asked nicely. When the lady decided then to tell me, I'd have to pay extra. When I already have, but they're GREAT about NOT giving you a receipt. After getting angry and making a rude face, she finally out the syrup on my drink. And I'm talking.... one small line. 🙄🙄 after walking in, 2 other customers were complaining and pissed from returning their drinks a minimum of once to even get close to what they ordered. As much as I love their drinks and breakfast options... I will be spending my money elsewhere. Or driving to st joe where the customer service at their dunkin is SO much better. The food here is great, if you can actually get what you order. But I'd not recommend getting any drinks here cuz not a single person would be pleased. And please please please do not expect nice, courteous or even smiling and decent staff in the bh location, cuz you will NOT find it. Looks like I'm switching my daily coffee run place. Which sucks for them cuz I buy for my office every morning thru them at a minimum of 60$/daily. But it's just not worth my time or mind space anymore. And I am tired of looking stupid for not being able to please my employees when they deserve cuz dunkin can't get the stuff together. 🤬🥺🥺 just very...

Visited on a Saturday morning for a coffee and donut day with my daughter. She wanted a peppermint mocha latte but they don't have that in October. When I asked the employee at the counter he didn't understand the question and then just said no. We ordered two small hot chai latte drinks with almond milk, two specialty spider donuts, and one double chocolate donut. They handed us the bag of donuts, we paid, and shortly our drinks were ready. After we sat down, my daughter opened the bag and there were only two donuts. She wanted to bring one home to her little sister, so she was pretty disappointed. I guess it was a communication/language barrier issue. The fact that you have to ask for a key to use the bathroom is annoying and uncool, especially for families. I was also a little surprised there were about seven employees and all were men.

I honestly wouldn't return here unless I was absolutely desperate and then I would only use...

One of my favorite places to come and get my favorite drink large Carmel cappuccino blast with extra Carmel! They know me so well! As I’m ordering they are getting my drink and donuts ready! I swear you Oder one time and they remember everything you like! It really amazing me because that’s service! Everyone is always so kind and nice to me. I’ve become close I like to think with all the workers , they know and remember my name asking how I am doing. Service is fast and efficient. I’m terrible with names but the young women with really really long hair and glasses is so nice and always working so hard to help her team! If she isn’t a lead or boss she should be! Located right off the highway. You can charge your car if needed as well. Place Oder online and earn points as well....
