McDonald's — Restaurant in Benton

I don’t like to leave reviews just because I know somebody can have a bad day every once in a while, but I came through the drive-through today got a large caramel frappe paid $.40 extra for extra caramel I get to the window no extra caramel I asked the gentleman that was at the window if he could put the extra caramel in there cause I’m the one that paid extra for it I don’t know who the dark haired girl is with the button in her hair that she wanted to laugh about the situation and shake her head no like I was causing a big scene And then when the guy came to bring me my drink, I told him sorry I’m not wanting to complain, but when you pay extra for something you want the extra and he just slammed the window shut. I live in bitten and we cutting there almost once a day but I promise you I will make the extra drive from now On Just to not come back to that location. The customer service is poor and...

I will NEVER be back and do not recommend this place to anyone! Not a single table was clean. HORRIBLE customer service. Waited 20 minutes for 20 piece chicken nugget! And less then 5 people was in the restaurant! The couple before us waited 30 minutes for the chicken strips and the MANAGER told them if they didn't like the way they was running things to get a refund and leave! In the 20 minutes I was waiting for my order a worker was on break giving me the death stare the WOLE TIME! Absolutely terrible.

UPDATE I just went back to give it one more try, and I had a hair in my frappe. I went in to get a new one or my money back and the girl takes my frappe without saying anything to me and makes me a new one. When she comes back she just hands me the frappe and walks away without saying ANYTHING. Not sorry for the hair or anything. Still as terrible as...

Terrible and gross! Last time we're going there! My husband's Big Mac was nasty. The bun was rock hard and there was absolutely nothing on it. I went up to get some BBQ sauce and stood at the counter forever with no help. Three workers were standing there along with the manager just talking. The place was empty, we were the only customers there! The ketchup dispensers were empty. A worker came out of the bathroom (which is absolutely disgusting) wiping her nose!! And she was a cook!!!!! That area is filled with rude nasty people! One of the customers flipped me off while we were leaving for our lights of the truck being in the window. Bad service and gross people!!!
