Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bentonville

We had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. We placed an order for a pizza that included buffalo sauce, but when we picked it up, the sauce was missing. When we asked for it to be added, the staff dumped an excessive amount of buffalo sauce straight from the bottle, completely drenching the pizza and making it inedible.

When we questioned this, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and sarcastic, insisting the order was “as per the ticket” and that we had to take it. When I said I wouldn’t accept it and requested a remake, he grabbed the order angrily and began cursing—right in front of us.

We went inside to speak with the manager, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the manager was equally unprofessional. He refused to acknowledge the problem, brushed off our concerns, and showed no accountability or apology for the unacceptable behavior of his staff.

We ultimately had to cancel the order. This was not just about a poorly prepared pizza—it was about the blatant disrespect and lack of basic customer service. Very disappointed and will not...

Stopped by Dominos to pick up my 7 pizza and the associate asked for my name which I provided. The gentleman shuffles over to the hot holder where the Pizzas are located and checks the tabs and sees an order and looks at me and smirks and says "Doesn't look like your orders ready" 10 mins go by and I check my Dominos app and it clearly indicates that the order was ready for pickup before I had arrived. I had to adjust my cadence so that I could get someone's attention that I believe my order is ready. I different Dominos associate looks and sees that my order is clearly ready and kindly handed the order over. Overall, I'm just frustrated with the one employee who smirked and mention that my order wasn't ready which it was clearly ready and had me waiting an extra 10 mins in the lobby. God Bless their souls is all I have to say. If you don't mind the drive, the Dominos located in Lowell, Arkansas has better pies and customer service, I'm taking my future...

Update: Strike 3, I'm out! I don't know why, but this store has gone way downhill! This last (and I mean last time) order was awful. Tots were burnt cheese, pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread had pepperoni but not much cheese at all, and from what I could tell they forgot to put sauce on the pizza! I'm done! Time to find a new store, or totally new option!

While I'm normally a big fan of this store, the last two visits were half n halfs...which results in half a score. I usually get the '2 for 6.99ea' deal. I tried their loaded tots from another store a few weeks ago and they were the bomb! I'm glad this wasn't my first experience; cause every bit of cheese was burnt....bummer!
