Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Benwood

I think leaving these is so lame but I’m so sick of how this Taco Bell is ALWAYS out of something that makes up like all of their menu. One time it was beans, another it was chicken, another it was TORTILLAS?! And if they’re not out they interrupt you as you’re ordering it with “THAT WILL BE TWENTY MINUTES IF YOU WANT THAT”

And you’re not getting your food whether you go through the drive thru or order inside in less than 10-20 minutes. And I get customer service doesn’t exist in the valley but with the exception of one manager (I think the GM) they all act like taking an order is like the most annoying thing they’ve ever done. I feel like they tell you “oh it’ll be 20 minutes if you want that item” it really translates to “I don’t want to make that”. At the drive thru after every item you order they super rudely interrupt with IS THAT ALL..like..what? I get 3 items when I’m there and I swear I’m treated like I’m shutting down their kitchen with a couple burritos and a taco

I’ve worked fast food plenty of times when I was younger so I’m literally happy even with the bare minimum but this location is without a doubt the worst fast food place in the entire valley. Everyone is just so rude and again I get working fast food sucks but these people make it seem like in between orders they’re mining coal.

No clue how they’re still open. The GM is awesome but other than her it’s just overly rude and angry employees mad that you dared to come to the restaurant they work in.

Go to the one in Wheeling or make sure you always have back ups you don’t mind having because chances are they’re out of everything you want. Every time. And you’ll be waiting for daring to make them work.

I'm not one to leave online reviews, but I am so sick of this place. Every time I order and it comes from here, the order is wrong. They gave me a steak quesadilla instead of a steak grilled cheese burrito and the steak was so over seasoned it was inedible. I has to throw it away. The order is always wrong, they only give me my drink sometimes. They leave out all extra items, sauces and pico for example. The way the food is prepped is outrageous. I got extra steak on my burrito and instead of extra steak, it's just some steak clumped in one area and it's over seasoned! They don't even know the difference between a soft taco and crispy taco. Honestly laughable how wrong everything is, and then...

Went threw the drive threw and ordered two regular chicken sandwiches with ONLY mayo and 2 taco supreme. Was told the chicken sandwiches would take 8 mins and I said that's fine I'll wait. While paying i asked again if they got that I only want mayo on the Damaris and they said yes and was asked to pull forward. Over 15 had gone by and no food so I got out of my car went inside and got the food and asked one last time if the sandwiches had just mayo on them and once again the answer was yes. Once we got home which is a 3 min drive, come to find out the sandwiches had absolutly NO mayo on them, instead they put pickles and the tacos were ice cold. Ill start using the other...
