Came here Saturday night, the place was packed. Some live music that had customers interacting. It was a little loud but that’s what it is. Maryanne was our server and she was very good, borderline excellent so nice I wanted her to sit and eat with us. I felt like I was there before and it was good but everything looked different. Maryanne said that the place was taken over in 2024 so yes I was there under a different name, owner, menu, everything. I appreciate a good soup, something simple but so am I. I had the pasta fagiole and requested to get as little pasta as possible everything else was fine, I’m not a pasta person. She ladled out as much pasta as she could while still getting me celery, tomatoes, carrots & onions with enough broth to enjoy it. The table bread was warm, soft and not heavy. The fried calamari was excellent nice to see people who actually bread this these days, not use old burned oil, perfectly cooked with a nice taste to the marinara sauce. The star of the show was the Cheesy garlic bread. Not sure what made this so good but honestly garlic bread with melted cheese should not be so good but it was. Who needs mozzarella sticks, this is 100X better for you and probably healthier. The penne & sausage was very good. I only tasted it as a friend shared it with me being I don’t eat pasta. The sauce on that was great as well. For the final meal I had the Eggplant Rollatini with angel hair pasta. That was also shared. If anything it could have used a little more sauce but to be fair I could have also asked. Dessert was carrot cake, not sure if they make that in house or get it from somewhere else but it was also very good. The prices are very reasonable for what you get & entertainment. They had a good mix of shows on TV so I could watch the College Football game & the World Series while eating, talking, & being entertained. Maryanne is very friendly, she constantly takes away used dishes, fills your drinks up & engaging in conversation never feeling rushed. It’s definitely a kids friendly place, nothing fancy, casual dress, good food plus a little gem. Since it’s right outside of Holiday City I’m sure they have plenty of mixed types of customers who they cater to. I’m happy that it was recommended, happy I went and I would happy to recommend it to anyone. I kept thinking how good the pizza must be but I forgot to order a small one to go or grab a slice but I will be back. Small place under 75 people but it was packed for good reason. You definitely get nice size portions of quality food for the price with no sacrifice except fancy, obnoxious dishes & decor. It’s just right. Keep up the good work & thank you Maryanne. There are unlimited waitresses and waiters who can learn a...

I don't have anything bad that I hated this place it was the delivery person who I gave a good chip to and apparently the next day I found in my mailbox he left the note it was a nasty note but I did leave him a good night or good tip and I went over to the store and I told her working there shop foreman over here is that what he did number one is illegal to leave a note in a mailbox that's against the law to start with second I told him you better have a good talk what does delivery boy to leave such a note this is wrong there was a good amount of money I left a message hip I don't know what he did with it but I told the boss I would never hire this person you should have a good talk with him and then release him from his duties but I guess he didn't do it cuz he still working there I would assume how about I will never order another pie I will never order another meal I will never order another drink because this only reflects the person who hired him let him get away with something like this to a customer that has been on and off for over 20 years so I wouldn't recommend this place at all I'd...

Went yesterday. Sat down at around 1pm. No waitess came to our table. Eventually I went to ask if there was a waitress and was told someone would be to our table soon. The DELIVERY man came over because he felt bad we had no service. We ordered. I got chicken francais, my party got meatball sub and chicken parm sub. The chicken francais was awful. We threw it out. Meatballs tasted like they were frozen from shop rite. Chicken parm was mediocre. We waited over 20 min for check, no one came to see if we needed anything, ( the bartender took our order). When a waitress finally did walk into the restaurant, she served table next to us. I told her we had been waiting for check. She immediately told bartender our complaint and he looked unphased. She gave us the check, we paid it, left nothing for a tip. Casanova, the owner, needs to realize he isn't giving this food away for free. I'd never go back. He actually lost 3 customers and by the look of these reviews, he can't afford to lose...

Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes but first I have to give the chef props for making delicious food. The pizza and the calamari was so fresh and delicious. We also tried the chicken franchise and boy it was so good that I forgot to take a photo of it. Nicole was our friendly server. I’m going back for my birthday next week and can’t wait to try other dishes and hopefully ear some good karaoke.

9-27-24 Still getting great food from Vito's. However, disappointed on the piece of cheesecake I paid $6.95 for. I posted the picture. I mean, really? $6.95? Vito's, I do love your food but you need to do better on the size of your cheesecake slice. We had the meat lover's pizza tonight for the 1st time. It was delicious!! The crust was perfect...crispy, thin. Will be getting pizza again!
