Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berkley

Let me be CLEAR from the beginning I NEVER take the time to to post a review about anything I'm not usually a confrontational or picky person I live right down the road from this dunkin donuts location it's the only one for a few miles so there aren't many options I go there multiple times a week for a while every day on my way home from work in the mornings (because I do the over night) I stop to get breakfast i cannot tell you how many times my order has been slow or wrong they are not a busy store I've been to busier stores and orderd more food in the drive through with only one car in front of me and they had the sandwich I order ready and cooked perfectly when I got to the window this place however takes 20 mins to make your sandwich with no one in front of you and they ALWAYS. Ask me to pull up and wait for it which will make it take another 10 mins I'm good friends with a dunkin donuts manager the reason they make you pull up and wait for your food/drink what have you is because they want there time stamp on each order to look quicker than it is when u pull always it's recorded that the order is completed except it's not I've waited for 10 mins for a sandwich in the drive through before after they have asked me to pull up there coffees are horrible they either fill the entire cup with ice or pour piping hot coffee over minimul ice so it's completely watered down when they should be cooling the coffee some of the people who have worked there's have been somewhat rude but mostly nice service the old manager however was HORRIBLE it was a man now a woman employee I'm familiar with who works there she's great verry nice and polite he was always rude beyond that what made me write this review today I was driving home after my overnight at Aprox 9:30 am and I was about to get onto the off ramp of 140 southbound onto myricks at the street this location is at (you can see the dunkins from the off ramp) when a red Porsche decided to fly up my ass in the slow lane mind you because my truck is old and can only go 55-65 mph I stay in the slow lane to be curtious to others who have places to be he moves from inches away from my rear bumper to beside me almost hitting me while he does this I'm already exiting the highway with my blinker on and he proceeds to now cut infront of me all the way from the fast lane now onto the off ramp that I was already on he had to go way past the entry point of the off ramp in order to do this almost hitting me again while doing so I'm now behind him going in the direction of the dunkin donuts and we both pull in and he parks directly behind and next to the building not in a normal spot and that's when I realize that's the car I always see there that belongs to the owner of the dunkin donuts I realize this and immidiately decide not to do business with them that morning and probably ever again clearly he has bad judgment with driving who knows how he runs his store not...

I'm from the fairhaven area and came down to stop for a tea before heading over to my grandparents. I've never felt so disappointed in a Dunkin' Donuts before, I went thru the drive thru and ordered a hot tea with milk and sugar and three chocolate munchkins at around 10am that morning. When I got to the window I gave him cash he then informed that there was so chocolate munchkins so I asked for a glazed , blueberry and jelly one instead . He gave me back the dollars owed back to me and then asked if I wanted the change making me feel bad to say yes so I just let him have it . It's better to give me my change and let me decide to have you keep it than asking before you even gave it back to me . When I started pulling away I looked into the bag to see the wrong munchkins given two plain & 1 cinnamon . The employees here need to be better at listening instead of worrying about tips when there not even fulfilling...

The place has some really nice employees while others are incredibly rude and incompetent. This includes the GM who has his own 5 star review posted below (Emmanuel Cabral). I stopped coming here altogether, and it's less than a minute from my house. It's worth the drive to another Dunkin not managed by this franchisee or to another establishment. They consistently get your orders wrong, don't fill drinks up completely, and if you say anything about it in a nice manner, you get a major attitude. A tell tale sign that leadership, management, and accountability are lacking. This includes bringing the complaints to management themselves who just ignore you and then when pressed by Dunkin corporate, lie and say they took care...
