Today I visited this store. I went through drive thru but being that I was using more than one coupon I had to come in. So I came in using 3 coupons on 1 order. One of the coupons was for 2 original 2 small fries for 6.99, I also had a coupon for mccrispy chicken and small fry for 6.99. I also had a coupon for 9 piece chicken fries and small fry for 3.99. I asked the cashier if I could use the mccrispy chicken coupon for 2 orders of mccrispy and small fries like arby she said no.ok cool I then ask if I could use the app also she yes. So I thought I uploaded the coupon but I didn't ok cool that was on my end. So I just ordered a mccrispy meal and paid full price at 8.69 I asked the lady to repeat the order and she had some corrections to do. Ok cool. I think she had a hard time understanding me because I had some teeth extracted 2 days ago. So she gives me my total which was 41.00 and some change. I didn't make a fuss I paid got my receipt as they were preparing my meal I examed my receipt which at that time me and her thought she just over charged me for justsandwich. And she refunded me 5.21 for a sandwich. Which I still didn't feel like it was rt. But I said oh well. As I'm waiting I overhear the Manager talking in her head set saying now she says order three crispy chicken. Which was not true I knew then there was a miscommunication I tried getting her attention the all while I was waiting on my order. So she turned around to give me my order and she says here's what you order I politely said man I'm not trying to rip you guys off or anything but this not what I wanted and I think we had a miscommunication some where. Yes this lady told me yes this what you ordered. I politely told her I think there may been a miscommunication. She insisted that this was what I ordered and more less take it. So I asked if the cashier was this a Bennet franchise and nobody answered. Then manager yells in my face go ahead and call she's not getting in trouble. The cashier did absolutely nothing wrong to me it was just a miscommunication but that manager was so disrespectful she ruined are meal and my day by this encounter. My sister and I worked for Bennett Corp stores for many years when we were younger and never in a million years no other manager we had would've acted as she did. Read moreI received the most disgraceful service ever today 8/24/21 at 11:15am. I have never been so dissatisfied with an experience before. Cindy is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. I visited the store just the day before I met Cindy when my food was mad incorrectly. I called the establishment and Tori was very helpful by placing my name in their guest services book for me to come back at any point with my receipt for my meals to be corrected. I was please with this solution. The next day I decided to return for my meals to be remade. Although I had my receipt the cashier tried to tell me I had been rang up for the wrong items. When I asked for the receipt back for me to verify this myself, instead of her giving me my receipt back (which I should’ve taken a photo for this reason exactly) she then begins to say oh I apologize the receipt was very faded (which it was but very readable) and that it’s no problem. So why try to get over on a customer if it’s “no problem”. She finally reads the order back to us without error but with extreme irritation. She was so rude everyone in the car minds were blown. She asks us to pull forward to wait for our order. Cool. When she brings the bag out I asks Cindy is everything in the very small bag. She says yes the two burgers are in the bag. I ask her about the rest of the order and she gets irate yelling saying I said that’s all you’re getting. I can’t believe a service industry worker that spent money to keep a business open spoke to someone like that. Everyone could very well pack a lunch for work coming out of a worldwide pandemic. I pulled back around to the drive through to ask for my original receipt to be able to leave my receipt number in my review. They threw the remake order receipt at me and Cindy starts yelling bye that’s all your getting and slams the window shut. The DISRESPECT. While we’re sitting there completely shocked, then the cashier comes over to the window and gives us the nastiest look and locks the drive through window indicating that the conversation was over. Cindy and this cashier does not belong nor deserve to work in the service industry. Let alone Cindy managing someone’s place of business. For example they are often very slow with everything seemingly being made from scratch with is either good or bad depends on wither or not time is important, but it is fast food. Though I decided to write a review this time on the visit I just made. Overall the food is fine, but we went in to order with my brothers and they ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and two cones, and I ordered a sundae. First of all they completely disregarded my six year old brothers order of a cone and nuggets and added a small drink to my middle brothers order. We asked initially about the cup and she said that what she heard, and we were both confused but we were not bothered, but we then only got one cone, to which when we asked she said "well obviously I misheard" in a not very sincere tone of voice, though she did give us the cone free, we didn't realize she also forgot the second set of nuggets we asked for until we were half way home.
