Four Points Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Berlin Township

I have been telling all my coworkers how amazing the cheesecake is and we all bring in food for everyone like a potluck pretty regularly. I went in and asked for 10 slices as well as some other items. Even tipped 15% for a to go order as I really love giving to small family owned businesses. The owner comes out and says "Hey. I know she didn't know but just so you know there is a 5 dessert limit because we only make so much." I sincerely apologized and said I didn't know. He then keeps going and tells me again and to again I apologized. He then starts to cross some lines and he's like "I mean come on man we aren't a dessert bar it's a pizza joint." So after repeating himself 5 or 6 times over 5 minutes in front of other staff and customers. First off I'm not one of your kids. You DON'T have to repeat yourself a hundred times for me to understand. Don't try and bewiddle your customers over some dumb shit. Second off your pizza sucks that's why we never order it. Subs and chicken are killer but your pizza is overpriced af and has no flavor.How are you going to ream a customer for ordering too much dessert and that you are a pizza joint and then forget part of their order? Lmao. No worries bud I definitely will not come back to order ...

Whoa!!!! If ya blink, you will miss it. We did on our first attempt to find this GEM. I turned around and glad I did! The pictures online don't do justice. My wife and I took a chance on pizza - everyone does em - right??? Not everyone does em RIGHT though. Four points, is five star. Amazing pizza. Wow, the amount of toppings will not disappoint, the flavor, the pizza crust, the service ( this place was busy for a small place) but from the time we ordered at the counter to getting our pizza- 22 minutes. We then decided to get some wings to bring home as well (plenty of pizza left over) but the smell of the smoker was too great 😃. Add a few slices of their cheesecake, we were set to head home. Results= Wings ( got 2 types) mmmazing, Cheesecake (got 2 flavors) - some of the best we have had anywhere - even without the fancy toppings. Amazing pizza quickly becoming my new favorite local pizza place around me. The traditional pep and cheese is not only amazing but also captures that “ooooh yeah, this is that good stuff” you wanna experience from a local pizza place and that’s the best way to judge a pizza right there. The specialty pizzas like the BBQ chicken one having fried onion chips on it also really bumped it up a notch….and don’t get me started on the wings. As a toothless man I swore off wings years ago but Four Points Pizza & Grills wings are so good I can’t get enough of them and I don’t even care if I’m breaking my “no bone in wings” rule when I get them.

Staff clearly cares about the business too. One time we ordered it we accidentally called to order it like an hour before they even opened and they still took our order to be ready to start making it as soon as they could. Delivery drivers nice and...
