Good Times Pizza Co — Restaurant in Berryville

Called ahead for a medium pizza that was half cheese and pineapple and half pineapple, mushroom, and sausage. Not complicated. The person took the name, gave no price and said about 30 mins. Ok great, we're seeing a movie next door and they allow there food and drinks in, as they are owned by same owner. I got there 45 minutes after calling in and getting my seats, stand in line while a woman seemingly manager, is frantically running about getting orders out. A woman walks in and is standing behind me for less then half my time there, the manager comes out of the kitchen and seeing her there says oh hi did you have a pick up? Gets her stuff hands it to her and resumes what she was doing. Ok so now it's been an hour and 15 mins since my called ahead order was placed. I finally get to the counter and am asked for the name, I give it, and the boy in the kitchen pulls the ticket off the spindle about half way in a mess of others and comes put and throws it on the counter to the girl running the front, who turns to me mortified and says, it ain't ready yet he left it on the hangy thing. So now we're almost 1.5 hrs on a medium, called ahead order, when the manager sees me talking to the girl and yells at me from the kitchen can I help you!!! I said yes I called this order in over an hour ago, my wife is diabetic and needs to eat, how long wou.....she cut me off, said look we're doing what we can, if you can't wait...mumbling returns to the kitchen, and the conversation was over. My advice is this. Which I stated to her, if you cannot take care of your customers properly, then you loose them. I left and we dined on popcorn, and water. The food is decent. Owner/manager does not know how to treat people. Don't take my word for it...look at the other negative reviews as my experience isn't unique here. I asked for a single plate and the amount of attitude I got back after just supporting them with my money was disgusting. She said they don't give plates out for to go orders. I only needed one so I could share/drop some slices of the pizza off with my spouse at work. But Fine...however..she was so incredibly nasty about it. Not cool. When I questioned it, I was told I should eat somewhere else... Seriously??💀 That mindset of saving a penny just lost this place several hundred dollars in future orders. Because we actually like the pizza so we would have used them when treating our own employees to lunch and on all our future pizza orders. But I could not believe the level of disgusting attitude this lady had. Nor am I one to allow someone to talk to me that way especially over asking for a plate. And trying to explain the difference between asking for 1 and asking for "30". My request was not unreasonable. But the attitude I got back was. I was not rude in the beginning but after her being so ugly I did get one back and absolutely in the end did call her exactly what she was being too. Maybe I should of bite my tongue but maybe not. She was being disgustingly rude and arrogant. You don't get to treat people like that just because you own a business. We will not be supporting this place because of her. She needs an extreme wake up call and attitude adjustment. Instead we will support our other local establishmens where they care about being decent human beings and provide quality service. I would love to rate this restaurant on it’s food but I never got the chance to order after the rudeness from the older lady at the counter. I am a regular customer or several businesses next door to it and brought my wife especially for our first visit. We walked in and were told by the grumpy lady that we order from the counter. They had two menus there and we took both to our table, of which the woman made a disparaging comment about taking their only two menus!! We were nice and friendly and told her it was our first time there, that we wanted to “give it a try”. When I got back to the table with the menus, she yells out that it’s cash only. No note on the door, none at the counter, no mention of it before while we were at the counter… if I had known, I would have procured some beforehand. Needless to say, we took the menus back to the counter and left not feeling welcome or wanted for our business. I’ve heard they have great food but sorry, this kind of behavior will never get my money and I’ll not recommend anyone to darken their door again. Word to whoever runs this place, replace the nasty employee with someone that actually wants to be there, wants to help people have a great meal and time. Spending our hard earned money eating out is a privilege that should be earned… and we did spend our money just down the street at...
