Terrible. I always get a military discount when I leave and for some reason the boss always decides to leave the story. So I get to the register and say can I get my discount because I have become a regular and they know I get one. The " manager when the other manager leaves" (so called) says we don't give them. I say u always give me one what's the difference now. He says Ill go ask my manager. I told this kid that I think I saw your manager leave just a min ago. Walks back to the back and comes and says I just talked to my manager in the back and he says that we don't give them and says that he said that he talked to u about this last time. Now why would I ask about about the discount if he told me last time that it would be the last time. So I tell this kid I want to talk to the manager. He proceeds to ignore me and say well I can give u 3 dollars off and I said no I want to speak to ur manager. He says OK Walks back to the back and gets on the phone. Comes back smiling and says Ill give u 3 and I said I thought ur manager was in the back he said he was but he just left. I said it would be nice to talk to him cause he has never had a problem why have a problem now. Calls him says something in Spanish cause he can't say it to my face in English. And I talk to the manager he says we never give them. And I say u always give me one , u have never had a problem with it what's the problem now. Well we give them to some people. And then says well from now on just ask for me when u come. I here my wife ask the waitress to get her a refill and to get me and my son a to-go cup. She says I guess and hands my wife one and ignores me and my son and doesn't even give us a bag. It...

Our family just had lunch at this restaurant. Mind you, we are a party of 11 with a newborn. To start, our waiter was impatient and we felt rushed to order. Once we got our food and drinks, we ate and talked. She came back to clear the table. We informed her that our checks would be separate in the beginning and we were cut off mid sentence to be informed she will split it at the end. Once we went to pay, we were shocked that for 3 kids meals, and our quesadillas and queso came to $70. What was more shocking is that for the ticket with 2 people on it was over $50. We go back in to get a breakdown of our tickets and she charged us a service fee for a tip. When we questioned her about it, she coped an attitude and said on their menu, it states any group over 12 that the service fee will be charged. Mind you we had a group of 11 and a new born baby. So when we counted our people for her she said, well yall didn’t tip anyway so. And she got FIFTY DOLLARS CASH from our table in tips. She is an unprofessional server, the manager never stepped in to correct her attitude for being rude and she told one lady in our party we didn’t deserve to eat here because she was told she didn’t deserve a 18% tip on top of what we already tipped her. Where do I start? So I visited 9/9/2025. I ordered a quesadilla grande and one quesadilla supreme. They were both horrible. The quesadilla grande only had shredded chicken that was so dry and stiff that it was inedible. And no flavor at all. The quesadilla supreme only had some grilled peppers and onions, no meat was found. I also ordered a Nachos Supreme and to my surprise it looked like porridge soup. All the ingredients were on top of the chips which made them absorb the liquid and they turned to mush, similar to Frosted Flakes when it’s been sitting in the milk way too long. I also ordered tacos de asada. They also were no good. It was not a pleasant experience. Terrible food. Obviously the cook didn’t know what he was doing. Perhaps he called out sick that day. Who knows! I called the store soon as I got home and looked at my order. The young lady who answered the phone didn’t seem interested at all at the fact that I voiced my opinion about the quality of the food. She just tried to make excuses as if she owned the restaurant, she didn’t offer me compensation or another meal. I guess she didn’t take me seriously or just didn’t care. No fair. I paid $60.90 for this meal which I threw away in the trash bin. That is how I can describe the food. Trash. Don’t waste your money here.
