Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bessemer City

Our Bessemer City Pizza Hut experience tonight... 6/1/2018 My husband called in a delivery order at 6:15. He ordered 1 medium pan cheese pizza with parmesan garlic crust, 1 veggie lovers thin crust, 1 pan chicken alfredo, and a tray of brownies.  He was told 50 minutes for delivery.  At 7:15, the delivery driver rolls up my driveway with 1 medium thin crust veggie, 1 medium pan with alfredo and cheese (no chicken) and a pan of brownies.  We explain to him that this is not what we ordered, he advises us to call the store and ask for the manager, Johnny...ok, we tip him $5.00 and he leaves.  Call store # at 7:17, do not get store employee, get call center..explain situation, they're going to transfer call to store.  Non-english speaking person answers, not transferred to store, still talking to call center...transferred again.  Store employee answers phone, I ask for manager, employee takes info..puts me on hold and then assures me he can help.  I explain problem, they are going to redo order and redeliver immediately.  Immediately?  Ok.  8:10, same delivery driver shows up, 1 pizza pan with chicken and alfredo...where is the plain pan cheese?  Delivery driver calls in, it's not pretty from there..I give the poor driver another $5.00 and thanked him for his time, took 4 pizzas and tray of brownies for a 2 mile ride to return them and demand my $$ back.  They did refund our $ and did offer to make a med pan cheese for my daughter, I asked how long and was told 25 minutes..no thank you..it's 8:25 at night and my 9 yr old hasn't eaten thanks to you.  Guess what? Dominoes and Pappa John's also deliver to my house.  I am done with Pizza Hut.  I am out $10.00 in driver tips and my husband cooked dinner for us while I was returning the pizza.  All the apologies in the world don't fix this, stupid is as stupid hires.  Only employee worthwhile at this joint is the...

I stopped getting my pizza from Pizza Hut in January though it is one mile from my home. I drive right past there and head right on over to Domino's Pizza because the last time I picked up my order it literally looked like they tossed it across the counter and the ingredients slung to one side of the pizza. The came after ordering 3-5 pizzas a week. My daughter lived with me and if she wasn't ordering, I was. I like my pizzas with extra sauce, but no matter how many times I requested extra sauce they could only get it right 1 out of 7 or 8. My daughter would order a pizza with no special request and get hers with more sauce than mine ordered with a request for extra sauce . This last time I ordered it I requested it in all-caps. I recon they were offended. I considered taking the pizza back in there and tossing it back at them but I'm not like that. I barely ate two slices and threw the remainder away. Domino's does me an excellent job with my pizza. I've considered stopping in and saying I'm on my way to Domino's to get my dinner but I've let it go. Their loss !!! My first time ordering a pickup pizza from Pizza Hut in Bessemer City. I ordered a meat lovers it was just the way I ordered it with the stuffed crust it was awesome we will be going back. And I told the young man we had just moved to this town he's all that's great and he had a coupon and let me use it save me a few dollars and he was very courteous honest polite.
