Deb's Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Bessemer

DID A CALL IN ORDER 5 MINUTES AHEAD OF ME PICKING UP MY FOOD, LITTERALLY ONLY TO 5 MINUTES FROM THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER TO PICKING IT UP. I ARRIVED TO THE RESTAURANT AND A FEW PEOPLE WERE IN FRONT OF ME SO OF COURSE I STILL HAD TO WAIT IN LINE TO PAY FOR MY FOOD. I GO TO CHECK MY FOOD TO ALREADY SEE THAT THE FRIES WEREN'T HOT, I ASK THE CASHIER COULD I HAVE SOME MORE FRIES BECAUSE THOSE WEREN'T HOT AND ALMOST COLD, SHE ASKS THE OWNER CAN I HAVE SOME MORE FRIES AND HE LOOKS AND SAYS WITH AN ATTITUDE, WELL IT WAS A CALL IN ORDER, THATS WHY WE DON'T DO CALL IN ORDERS, THE LADY AT THE REGISTER LOOKS AT ME& I LOOKED AT HER AND SHOOK MY HEAD, I KNEW SHE WAS NEW BECAUSE I COME IN HERE OFTEN & NEVER SEEN HER BEFORE, SHE WAS NICE AND WASN'T THE ISSUE, SHE LOOKS AT ME AND HANDS ME THE BAG BACK AND I SAY IM SORRY MAM, I LOOK AND SAY ARE YOU SERIOUS I LITTERALLY JUST PLACED THE ORDER IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN 10 MINUTES.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR THE OWNER TO MAKE A SMART REMARK AS IF IT REALLY WAS AN ISSUE TO FIX ANOTHER ORDER IS UNPROFESSIONAL!! Everything was 100% A+!! Deb's has the BEST freshly cooked hamburgers around!! You can tell that they cook the meet fresh with every order. None of that cook first, put in water, serve later nonsense (I hate that kind of burger). They defiantly know how to cook and make fresh food. You can tell they use fresh lettuce, tomato's, and onions!! Their hot dogs are amazing too!! The hot dog sauce is MUCH better than ANY of the other hot dog joints in the south!! This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!! Oh and the sweet tea they serve is AMAZING!! You can tell it is freshly brewed and sweetened just the way you would expect it to be in the south. First and last visit. Went in and there was one guy in the dining room. Placed our order, Then two more came in and placed their orders, then 3 more came in and placed their orders. We sat and watched as all of those that ordered after us got their food and left and another that came in to pick up a call in order. I went to the counter and the guy asked what I needed and I said our food. He runs into a commentary on how every there had called in and were regular customers.
