I just went into the Bessemer Alabama location its 10/14/17 and the time is 3:59pm. I went to buy dog food while Iām there I am browsing the dog food section and all I hear is arguing very loud arguing coming from the storage part in the back of the store a employee being very disrespectful to i assume a female manager because she was was telling him what to just go up front and get on the register that she didnāt need him if he wasnāt going to do what she asked. It was very unpufor the two to conduct themselves in that manner and the way the male employee was carrying on as a manager I would have asked the gentleman to clock out and go home but instead she sent him up front to deal with the customers with a already jacked up attitude. He used profanity As he walked through the store headed to the register. When I went to check out I went to the next check out line because I didnāt want to deal with him. That male cashier was helping a customer who he had overcharged for three bags of dog food so he was doing a refund once he was done with that customer he walks off away from the register and says to another associate that was standing near by help her Iām not staying up here. The associate ask him what was wrong and he repeated Iām not staying up here as he stormed off with a attitude . I understand that everyone has bad days but your frustration should never be displayed in front of or taken out on customers. I spend a lot of money in this store from dog food, to toys to vaccines and medicines after today I wonāt be patronizing this...

Customer solution specialist called them and made them give us our money back..this was after the so called acting manager rolled her eyes at us followed by a sincere "whateverā".... Yes! She actually said that to me. We decided to purchase a generator that would give us 30 amp service in our van at camp sites, so after finding one online at Tractor Supply, we decide to have it delivered to the store in Bessemer, because it is close to our home. when we picked it up the next day, we asked the new "so called acting manager" about our points on our puchases, and again we got a severe eye rolling, but this was another set of eyes. We are under the impression that eye rolling is part of management training. We again called the home office, and we're told that the "real" manager would call us back the next day....... You guessed it, he never called back. So as far as our hard earned money going to that store again, all I can say is š® (eye roll) and a sincere...."...

I recently tried to Exchange three hoses for the correct size ones, I did not have my receipt, but they were able to find two of the hoses.
She was willing to do the exchange on two hoses and proceeds to tell me she canāt do anything without a receipt for the third one,
Mind you Iāve bought hundreds of each of the same hoses from that store, After she said, she couldnāt do anything without a receipt I asked her what the point in using my phone number was and she told me I was welcome to call 1 800
I said itās kind of ignorant That youāll return these two, but āyou canāt do anything without a receiptā She proceeded to have me trespassed from the store because she got her feelings hurt that she was being ignorant
It makes no sense why return half the hoses with no receipt But not the other half,
