What an absolutely horrendous experience with this particular Jack's today. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered two three-piece meals - just like the picture - and two grilled chicken sandwiches. Nearly 20 minutes later and, having paid over $30, I am still waiting in the hot sun for my food!! No one has come to let me know the holdup; no one has let me know if things are cooking or if they're just backed up. Mind you, I am the only one in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes at this point! I finally go inside and there is one person working in the back, two girls standing around on phones up front, and I assume the manager on duty chilling in the office with the door closed (he came out later). I ask how much longer it will be to get my food? The girl who took my order and my payment is now asking me what I ordered. I repeat my order. She looks and says "we're waiting on the sandwiches". I ask "how much longer?" She looks again and says "oh they're up." Yet no one moves. Am I supposed to make my own sandwiches at this point??! I asked for my sandwiches and she says "she has to make them" THEN SHE LEAVES. She actually leaves in in the MIDDLE of taking another lady's order! The other girl had to finish the transaction.
The one lady in the back is working diligently but with no urgency. I cannot fault her because it seems the air is out in this location; there are there are flies EVERYWHERE, and I bet having to work with this crew grates her nerves.
It's unfortunate that this is the closest Jack's to me because I do my best to avoid it. I thought perhaps the Sunday crew would be more on point but the only time I have ever gotten good service here is early morning.
I have to say this is confirmation that Jack's will probably lose my business from here on out.

She repeats the order never says anything about the coffee and sugar. Get to the window was give my order ask the young lady for more sugars after checking my food to find only two sugars for a large cup of coffee. Then I said recuse me I ask for 12 packs of sugar and 3 creams and my reason for asking so I don't have get out the car. So now she gives my daughter 6 packs when she knows she only put two packs in the bag now I have a total of 8. I never got to drink my coffee today because it was too bitter. I can send over $10.00 but not get sugar for $1.50 cup of coffee. Some people might thaink I'am pitty. But what if you could not get out for whatever the reason. And oh yes! I call back to restaurant to complain them someone name Destiny said she was the manager and of course she was rude as well. At 8.00 AM no one should be rude to a customer. If I was able to get out I could have gotten as many sugars as I wanted and nothing would be said. Now Jack's that's poor customer service. And yes I will be telling other customers how rude the employees and management were on this day. And I'am sure I'am not the only person they cut when talking. I could tell in her voice she was not concerned about the sugar and for the coffee. I will not be going back to this location on the Bessemer Super Hwy by the Civic Center. Exactly 30 minutes after we placed the order, it was finally ready. My wife had chicken tenders which were fresh and hot. I had a chicken sandwich that was cold and evidently been fried in the bad oil. It wasnāt fit to eat. The fries had been cooked for a while and were so salty they were inedible.
