I don’t know what is up with this location but they either need more staff or better management. Had a guy talk to my mother and I before we stepped foot in the restaurant, complaining he was standing in there for over twenty five minutes and nobody acknowledged him. He wasn’t wrong. My mother and I went in and one employee said she would be right with us in a second but it more was like fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged us. It seemed like they were putting drive thru orders on priority and not allowing people to take orders at the counter. Had we known they were taking drive thru orders and making that a priority then we wouldn’t have came there. After 15 minutes though someone took my order after the manager told one of the employees that she could resume taking counter orders. There was at least several people working behind the counter that could’ve taken our order. I don’t understand why they were prioritizing drive thru orders when they weren’t even that busy. When we arrived the drive thru wasn’t even backed up. There was maybe like three cars in the drive thru. If they can’t handle the drive thru and the counter orders at the same time when they’re not even busy then they need to shut down and get more training on how to manage their time more efficiently. Read moreWe came on 6/6/2025. The female manager had no idea what she was doing. She pre-prepped fries in boxes, but because she was low on fries, she was dumping those into the orders she was putting out. She should of dropped new fries sooner. I got snippy with them because a young kid asked me what order I was waiting on and suddenly I'm the bad guy because you're entire staff has no time management skills with service. They're slow to take orders, clearly under trained, and cannot manage when to drop fries. I've worked at McDonald's before, so I know the operation. Then the female manager talked about me the entire time I was there, then thanked me like 3 times for being so nice. Sorry not sorry that you do not know how to do your job. Read moreWhen I get in there there's a loan and more than once I went in there and the manager told the cashier to stop taking orders. This is the only fast food place that I've ever seen that be done as I get to the register. She did it to me all. I want it was cheese sticks that's it and she expected me to stand there and wait while they do whatever they need it to do. This is pathetic. This is not good business making customers wait town cashiers not to take any more customers. This is ridiculous. This is unprofessional and this will go further with the Burger King corporation as I will be emailing them the unsatisfactory conditions of this location and and practices. This is poor management.
