Coffee Connection — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

Amy is great and the coffee is even better. Better than Starbucks or Dunkin. She puts up with all my nonsense orders that change daily and makes my coffee and lattes exactly how I want them and remembers them. Yes she takes a 30 min bathroom break at around 9 am during the weekdays and it appears people complain about that. Last I checked, humans need to go to the bathroom. Before 9 am you’re good and after 9:40 ish you should be good. She doesn’t stop serving customers at exactly 9 if people are in line.

Also all the special lattes are available every day and it doesn’t need to be the special for the week. If you want a mudslide latte everyday or a strawberry dark chocolate latte you can have that, just ask for it. Or any other concoction you can think of. Amy is super accommodating to me and is a great part of my morning every day. If you don’t like what you got on your first experience, try something, there is something you are going to love at Amy’s. I like to try everything so I order something different almost every day. WHERE ARE YOU?!

You have a better chance of being hit by lightning twice in one day than you do of showing up here and actually getting service. Today will make the fifth time in a row (over several months) that I have gone there during their business hours only to find that there is no one there. The lit up sign says OPEN, but there is always another sign indicating they won’t be back for 20-60 mins depending on when you show up.

They serve great drinks, but I honestly don’t understand the point of running a coffee hut if you’re not interested in actually running the shop. All in all the service is not bad, it just is nonexistent.

In the owners responses to comments, she says that the reason she’s not there is that she takes a bathroom break at 9 AM, I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t take me an hour to go to...

A wonderful little shop recommended to me by a coworker. Coffee is always great, and I am routinely finding myself checking their facebook to see what flavors of the day they are serving. Every flavor I have tried has been delicious, but I am especially a fan of their macadamia and banana style flavors. In fact, their banana nut bread coffee with oat milk is what got me to write this review. Absolutely terrific flavor.
