Absolutely trash
New Wawa for what you might as well go to broad st if you live in the area this is the second time I make a order ahead a time almost two hours ahead of time and come in and somethings wrong this last time was it for me
I have a disabled child so I’m trying to collect my order and pay for my two drinks I grabbed in store the manager that was here today 5/8 at 3 pm is the absolute worst to deal with her attitude sucks get approach to customers suck and I have no idea why she is even a manager if she can’t do simple things like help or help disabled people move along quicker as a business owner myself I’d do absolutely anything to make sure that the elderly and disabled are being help and today she struck my nerve by chuckling at me after I asked for help while my disabled child is having an entire meltdown . Forget the damn order and I’ll never return to this location it’s literally 0.4 miles away and I rather drive to the broad st location and deal with people like Zianna who is an incredible supervisor ! Read moreI have been going to this new Wawa since they opened I WAS a daily customer love the manager but obviously she was not in this day I went in after a long day of work and unfortunately forgot my wallet ( pretty upsetting to say the least) Luckily I had cash so I ordered dinner and went to pay I needed ciggs and hoped “Allison” who sees me there on the daily would let me get my ciggs without my ID.. i told her I forgot my ID and if she could please let me buy my ciggs she said “NOPE I can’t sorry!” I said “i come here all the time you know me”! She said “sorry” I was very tired from long day of work and now I had to stop somewhere else for my ciggs!! I don’t care what your cigg policy is I’m 56 yr old and Allison has waited on me many times for ciggs and also alcohol purchases so I don’t understand why she could not this one time let me A REGULAR CUSTOMER slide on my cigg purchase w/o ID?! Read more1 week ago, we broke down in Bethlehem and the ENTIRE staff was caring, professional, friendly, polite, considerate and understanding of our situation. 6 DAYS of hell but they helped take the fear of being stranded with no help for those days and when our hopes were down they greeted us. We ate there are purchased most of our drinks and meals there. God placed us in the right place when our vehicle gave up. God works in mysterious ways and these 6 days were a living proof. Thank you to each and every one of the staff and managers for being so kind to us! We will NEVER forget any of you. We are now heading home to California to reunite with our kids after many generous people helped us get back on the road through a gofundme account that was created for us.
