McDonald's — Restaurant in Bicknell

I place an order in drive Thur which consisted of 2 meals with sweet teas . When the drinks are handed to me , I ask if there was any ice in the cups because it didn't sound or feel like it. I was then told "oh we are going lite on ice tonight because our machine broke down last week and we are having to bring our ice in from somewhere else and they only brought us 10 bags for tonight". Then I am told we are waiting on your fries pull to lane 2 and wait , which I waited for 13 minutes. During which I looked in the sweet tea and there was not one cub of ice at all ! Seriously Everytime we go there there is something broke or a constant screw up on orders. When it is the only fast food place in your town , kind of hard to just not go there when you have kids who want a burger & fries . Certainly isn't night shifts fault . To me the manager needs somebody to Shadow her or replace her . It is pathetic the quality in which this McDonald's is ran.If there was a negative star , that would be the rating...

Today they got my order wrong and didn't gave back $13 change . Are you kidding me ? She kept going inside to count money in the drawer. I told the manager that you guys have cameras , check , i never got my change back . We waitted and waitted. I had to go back to work so we left. Wrong orders happen here every other time we come , but now not giving back change .. common... this is first time ever I'm going to contact head quarters.

Wowzers.. the most incompetent staff and management I have ever seen. I would think it would be easy to look at a screen and put what is on the screen in the bag, but when every single employee there needs a drool cup and a helmet, it NEVER happens. If I don’t check my bag before I leave, I have to call and go back every single time. No wonder the employees and management there work where they do, I would be scared to death if they had actual careers and attempted to contribute to society. Keep up the good work bicknell mcdonalds employees, you are all EXACTLY where you need to be lol. Your parents would be proud... if they haven’t killed...
