We arrived at 5pm and waited to be seated. There was three waitress, one was attending to costumers and the other two were standing talking to each other. The group in front of us was then seated. There were alot of tables still covered with leftover breakfast plates. I guess it was busy before we got there. We were seated shortly after. After a few minutes it was just two groups of family in the whole cafe, including us. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for our food. My husband had to get up and tell the waitress that was chatting with another waitress (which appeared to be on break) that our food was ready. She looked at the counter and grabbed the food. She said they were just waiting on the pizza, but the food was sitting there for a good 10 minutes. They should know to make the pizza first. Anyways, our food was cold. It was okay in flavor, but just cold. Plus, they forgot my husband's drink. The staff was slow and didnt apologize for their service. I do not recommend this place, not worth it. Stuff should never be seating over talking it's not professional. Plu they told us they threw out the pasta because it got bad, which is way too much information. Oh they had no more Coronas because of the busy weekend. Anyways this place is an hour away from our house, so the drive is not worth it. Better drive up more and just go...

The waitress cheerfully brought me a much-needed ice tea while I examined the menu. The menu was full of standard diner fare at decent prices and there were quite a few items I wanted to try but I just didn't have the appetite.
I finally ordered a pizza to go and admired the rustic mountain cabin decor while I waited. The locals seated nearby were friendly and the waitress kept my tea filled too.
I got the pizza back to the campground and the smell finally got to me. I was surprised at how good it was. Honestly, I was expecting a frozen pie heated up, not the tasty treat covered in fresh ingredients that I ended up with.
I savored each slice while I watched the sunset and cuddled by the campfire. I can't wait to go back and explore more...
