What an overall crap experience. The girl working the counter couldn't follow basic instructions and decided to give me my ice cream cone long before I got my sandwich, the sandwich being a small bun which cost $18 and was inedible. After dealing with a half melted ice cream cone and being unable to eat a bland, mushy sandwich i tried calling and talking to a manager only to be told I had to bring the product back if I wanted a refund. Apparently, they "dip light" meaning they don't fill the inside of the cone. The pictures of my cone are of the dipped cone when it was handed to me with a "head of ice cream" nothing inside the cone. The next picture is of my uneaten ice cream after I pushed it into the unfilled portion of the cone. Not much of an icecream cone and not worth $4.99!    Read moreMy family loves this little gem! Ice cream is so great and there is SO many options. Flurries, sundaes, slushies, shakes, floats, hand dipped, custard, dole whip, the list keeps going! Some of the prices can be a little high but the quality is there and worth it! The homemade waffle cones are so great. The Tiramisu Sundae was HUGE and absolutely delicious. Lines can get long but staff keep it moving quickly. We are a family of 7, the only thing I wish they had was a restroom of some sort. Even a portapotty would be great for the kiddos who can’t hold it. Lots of tables and...
