McDonald's — Restaurant in Big Spring

They are theirs and liars here. Their menu says one price but they charge more. I went yesterday because my cars ac went out and they wanted to charge full price of a sweet tea for a water. I asked to just pay the watercup price as they were charging for a drink I wasn't getting and water is from the fountain. They said no. The price listed for the meal was not accurate. It was $7.35 on the menu but the rude representative said it was $8.80 plus tax. I upgraded my drink to a cold smoothy because I was literally melting and feeling sick from being in the 95⁰ heat with no ac so I expected it to be more but not $5 more. Even the tax should have only been 8.75% making the upgraded drink charge full price and not an upgraded replacement charge.

Whe I asked them to correct it the man was l was very rude. I also ordered a bigmac using my rewards but in the representatives complete lack of empathy for their false advertising and refusing to correct the order to be the price advertised I told him to cancel the entire order when he asked me if I wanted it. I later found out he stole the 6000 points for my burger on the canceled order.

The manager refused to return my points. I wonder how a lawyer would feel about making $2500 per offense of false advertising from them and theft of my points. That is the going rate for the illegal act they are committing every time they charge someone above listed...

Not a great experience. We drove for 12 hours and stopped to grab dinner. Ordered our double cheese burger meals. 1 was no onion no salt on burger and no salt on fries. The other was everything as normal. Both were with hot mustard for the 4 chicken nuggets for each meal. I Repeated order 3 times at drive thru. Pulled forward to pay. Had him repeat the order back. He said 2 meals 1 extra onions and only cheese. Other normal. I said no and repeated my order again 2 more times. He said I got it. I paid and he handed me a receipt I pulled forward but read the receipt and the order was still wrong. I told the pickup window person and he said he would go tell them. He came back and said cheese and extra onions right?? I said no!! My husband is allergic to onions and he can't have salt at all. Well after waiting at the window for another 15 minutes we got our food jumped back on hwy. Opened bags to eat and he got a cheeseburger with cheese only. And no chicken nuggets!! Hot mustard was in the bag But no nuggets. We didn't turn around because we already wasted over 30 minutes ordering and waiting. Ugh Very very disappointed. McDonald's is our go to place for a quick hot...

I'm only giving three stars because although the service was fast, the attitude displayed by the workers was less than satisfying. To start off, I have a wheat allergy. I stated that before ordering. I asked the gal at the counter for a 2 cheese burger meal, with the burgers wrapping in lettuce instead of a bun. She was only half done typing it in when she decided the order was too hard, and called a male employee over to run the register. A little irritating, but no big deal. I get done ordering. The employee making my food made the cheeseburgers as normal. With The bun. The manager read the order and told him to redo it without the bun. He gave her attitude about it, she stood her ground, and he proceeded to take the patties off the bun and put them on lettuce. She had to get after him again, which finally caused him to make it properly. Except one issue: he never changed gloves or washed his station, even though I had distinctly stated that cross-contamination will in fact give me an allergic reaction. I'm sorely disappointed in this McDonald's. The only reason I went with three stars instead of 1 is because the manager was on top of her employees and...
