Upon entering I felt something was off but we were hungry. There was barely any staff. No host. It was like a ghost town restaurant. When we were guided to our table I noticed three tables needed to be cleaned off. I shrugged it off. I ordered the burger and the fries came out so salty that I couldn’t eat even one. The waitress never came back to check on us, and one of our side order was missing so our baby didn’t eat. When I asked someone to ge the waitress she couldn’t do anything about either returning or refunding the fries that was still on my plate because “they came with the burger” and kindly gave us our refund for side dish. As we left I noticed more dirty tables. I got to the car and started getting super sick. I rushed to the bathroom and I got food poisoning immediately. As I puked and got rid of the poison I just consumed I noticed the floors of the bathroom was just the most nastiest floors I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. My family waited outside for me and when I finally mustered enough strength to get back to them on my way out the restaurant I noticed our table was now one of those dirty tables that needed to be cleaned off. I’m so disappointed and disgusted I will never in my life go to this location again. Stay away. Please hire staff to clean the bacteria that is festering in the whole...

Went with party of 4. Waitress Alexandra was attentive, knowledgeable, and made experience much better than if I dated on food alone. Food is ok for the price. A fair meal at a reasonable price. Good family restaurant. You are offered cheese and crackers, but you will be charged for them, and they are skimpy on the portions. My balsamic salmon was good, and the broccoli was good, but the asparagus (which is an upcharge) was 4 stalks, and they weren't trimmed so the bottom third was woody. I COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE USUAL PORTION IS 4 TO 6 STALKS DEPENDING ON SIZE. The waitress brought me some more to try and make it right, but I got the sense the manager on duty didn't give the waitstaff much discretionary power to resolve complaints. Balsamic chicken and new Orleans shrimp entrees and 18 oz prime rib all great. 3 out of 5 stars for this visit. I have eaten here 10 or more times and the main complaint is inconsistant quality of the cooking. We have sent back entrees which were delicious last time and tough this time. Our group of 7 called ahead at 11:30am for seats for trivia and both the manager and the hostess were extremely nice and accommodating, however once the hostess picked up the menus a server named Laurie rudely interrupted them and forced us into two tables pushed together on hi top stools. Of the 7, 3 are active duty military personnel and 1 is a disabled vet. The reason we couldn't sit the the booth pictured.......the people who sit there go to trivia every week. So even though we were there first, called ahead, and the booth was empty and cleaned when we got there, she forced us to a high top table. Laurie then proceeded to ignore us for most of the night. I had to grab the manager on multiple occasions to put in orders for food and refills. Laurie was absolutely awful and was extremely rude. Both the manager and hostess were stunned when she interrupted them. If I knew Laurie had squatters rights on the only corner booth we would have just went home. Other than that the hostess and manager were wonderful and the food (when Laurie finally brought it over to us)...
