Garrison's — Restaurant in Billerica

Visit was ok food was good staff was not very attentive to guests and the bar tender seemed very annoyed when i wanted to purchase lottery tickets.

Update: 1 star... came in on mothers day 2018. We were seated and given menus my wife ordered shrimp scampi and i ordered the garison burger. The waitress told me i couldn't get a sandwich cause it was a holiday i said i needed a few more minutes to look at the menu again (she seemed annoyed that i didn't know i couldn't get a burger even though no one said anything and it was on the menu) I did not have any interest in the higher ticket options that i was able to order so i just asked for an appetizer nacho and the server literally rolled her eyes. She asked if i wanted chicken or beef on them i chose beef. When our food came out my wife joked how they just plopped a couple of hamburger pattys on the grill and chopped them up (pretty sure thats what happened) no seasoning just plain hamburger meat was served. We did not get any silverware for about 5 to 10 minutes after our food was served and had to flag down another server to get it for us and we recieved a couple of forks and a dirty knife along with a story about how the dish washer was messed up. We didnt see our waitress again until we asked another server for our check. Lucky for her my wife is a nice person because i would not have left a tip....

Four of us went out to this Establishment a couple weeks ago. We called ahead and got reservations for 7 pm everything was fine we were seated promptly the waitress was outstanding 💯 As far as the food it was horrible I ordered the clam Dinner When it came out, it was cold. I asked to have it freshened up. The waitress came back from the kitchen and the cook. Wanted to know if I wanted it heated up or a fresh plate of course I ordered a fresh plate my fiancé Order the haddock and stuffed shrimp. The stuffing on the shrimp was gooey. The haddock was dry and tasted frozen. As far as the other couple one ordered surf and turf, and the other ordered the coconut shrimp, all of which were cold as well ! Instead of putting a bad review, I decided to reach out to management. They apologized and offered a gift certificate now I’m not trying to get a free meal or anything but when they said they were going to send us a gift certificate. I was highly insulted when I seen a gift certificate for $25 when I had told them that the bill was $215 for the four of us not including a $40 tip. I can assure you, we will not be going back there. One would assume that they would at least send $100 gift card if they want continued business from...

I had waited years to go here. I was disappointed sorry to say ,I've heard nothing but the greatest things here...maybe it's to healthy for me . Waitress was good. I had mixed feelings about the giant endcut of prime rib ,it looked somewhat good quality and most fat was in one giant block mostly , so that was the good, by the way I know my prime rib very well and I hold a few records in prime rib eating contest ...The bad was it had zero taste and the auju tasted like water with no beef base taste not to mention cold. The spinach with mushrooms was just ok. The stuff mushrooms was just ok I was hoping for more taste. Squash had to be sent back it was so cold the butter wouldn't melt. I kinda wish I tried something else I did see a few things on the menu that may of been good. I just don't think i will be back.... if I did give a second chance I would try other things. I do thousands of reviews and try to be fair. A place that busy you would think would be better .
