Wendy's — Restaurant in Billerica

It's a chain, so as far as chain restaurants go, it's a good spot. The dining area (has a flat panel TV, gas fireplace, and a little seating area variety) and bathrooms are modern and pretty clean. If you're a neat freak, then take the food to go because it'll never be spotless, maybe unless you're the first ones there. I usually go in, but the drive through seems relatively fast. Counter service can be slow during prime dining times...so, have some patience or eat elsewhere. But, I had a late lunch around 2:30pm and they tossed 4 packs of sauce for the 4 pieces of nuggets....are they being generous or do they not care (see pic)? The four stars is because the food is usually consistent and what you should expect, i.e. hamburgers are stacked properly and not lopsided, fries are not burned/stale nor taste like chicken nuggets, and chicken nuggets and home-style chicken don't taste like yesterday's oil. They have two soda machines, which is great because I've been there when one was down - imagine the chaos. Neat freaks be forewarned that there is usually a mess in and around the soda machines, almost like the men's urinals, but without the smell...

I don't know why is it when I order a CHEESEburger onlyMayo & ketchup, they always ask "do you still want CHEESE in it?"

I placed an order for two cheeseburgers with ONLY mayo and ketchup and chicken nuggets. When I received my order, The chicken nuggets and two cheeseburgers were in the bag BUT BOTH burgers were wrong! had onions, ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc...and I only realized half way to my destination. I was very upset because how can you MESS up this 'what seems like an' easy order?! So I turn around and go inside the store instead and a woman (not sure if she was a manager) attended me, and she loudly yelled my order to the grill folks and I quote: "I need an order of two cheeseburgers I only ketchup and mayo!" for the trouble she gave me fries. Feeling confident that my order was correct, I grabbed the bag and left immediately. When I arrived to my destination and opened one of the cheeseburgers, THAT disgusting picture (attached) is what I find with BOTH burgers. The bottom bread was hard and stale and the meat appeared as if it was left on the counter for hours.

Terribly disappointed and won't be returning for...

It all started after game when me and my friend wanted wendys. As we rolled up to the drive thru , we ordered everything seemed normal. But the woman working yelled at us in a condescending rhetorical meaner. We thought “WTF!😭”. Little did we know what we were getting into. As we pull up to the first window the man working says “that would be $11.53” I give him the money he says “How is your night?” I respond “good ,and you?” He looks me dead in the eyes and says “ I don’t think so”. Me and my friend burst into laughter we could not breathe but I managed to put a sentence together “How was your night?” He says “I don’t think so” the two of us were shocked. We didn’t know what to say . we were confused and dazed but at the same time drowning in our own joyous laughter. We then move onto the second window. Where we would meet none other than the Big Johnson. He was the homie he made us laugh, he made us cry, he us happy, he mad us sad, but what he did the best was serve us our 4fo4....
