I can’t rave enough about Yum Tra! My wife and I have visited three days in a row because we simply can’t get enough. Every drink we’ve tried has been phenomenal. On our first visit, we ordered the Ube Mash Milk Tea with black boba and crème brûlée, and the Coconut Matcha with golden boba, pandan jelly, and ube mash—it was a flavor explosion! The next day, we had the Wintermelon Deluxe Milk Tea and Jasmine Pandan Green Milk Tea, both equally outstanding. On our third visit, we tried the Ube Mash Milk Tea again (a favorite), Honeydew Creamsicle, Jasmine Pandan, and Wintermelon Deluxe Tea. Everything was expertly crafted, with bold, premium tea flavors that are never overly sweet.

Their toppings are endless and unique, adding another layer of creativity to their drinks. The ambience is chill, welcoming, and stylish, making it a perfect spot to relax. They even have a drive-through for convenience and are open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM.

The staff? Absolutely incredible—friendly, helpful, and spot-on with recommendations. To top it off, they’re running a PS5 raffle from December 1 to December 22, 2024, with the drawing on December 23.

This is hands down the BEST BOBA SHOP IN BILOXI! I wish I could bring it back to Virginia with me. The people of Biloxi are truly lucky. Highly recommend this place...

Y'all... if you like amazing drinks, amazing customer service, and amazing vibes, you NEED to come visit Yum Tra!! Sailor is so so sweet and fun to talk to, and she is always able to answer any and all questions that my cousin and I ask.

I'm writing this review on my second visit here, and I ordered the Biscoff frappe and Geaux LSU, and they are AMAZING! And if you love ube (especially for my Filipinos out there), they have multiple drinks with ube here!

So far, my favorite drink is Ube Brulee with regular boba, but we have plans to try everything on the menu, so we'll see if that changes! Their mochi coins are all amazing, too. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors for the mochi coins (and we would know because we've tried every flavor now 😂).

Last thing, the photos on their website are exactly what they look like in real life! Even though this is only our second visit, we have ordered 8 different drinks total, so I'm pretty sure of myself when I say that their drinks and service have been consistently great! I cannot wait for them to expand (hopefully) to Gulfport or somewhere closer to Long Beach; we drive about 30 mins out to get here, but it's SO worth the drive. I wish them nothing but success, and I'm already excited for...

Sharing my customer service experience with who I believe was the manager. I expressed concerns that my drink was soured with spoiled ingredients. When telling the manager, she claimed there was no possible way for her ingredients to expire, which seems impossible. She then explained that it may be customer error due to us not knowing how to properly mix it, but we are repeat Yum Tra customers. We requested for a refund which was immediately denied. She offered to remake our drink, which we did not want as our experience was spoiled already. We requested for a future credit to come back, which the owner at first claimed she wouldn’t be able to do. We did not feel our business was appreciated as we even shared our families are repeat customers who would return. We left feeling very upset at our experience with the staff on hand, especially with the drinks already...
