Boston Fish Supreme — Restaurant in Birmingham

I give it one star. Simply being that making a call in keeps you from waiting. When I arrived it wasn't even cooked. The cashier yelled to the back. "That call in is here!" Insinuating that I wasn't going to arrive to pick up my order. So the old me would have asked, "Are you just now making my order? If so, cancel it." Unfortunately I had to feed other people and took that "L". In all actuality I thought I called the one around from my house. When I was leaving I noticed the address said Bessemer super highway 🤦🏾‍♀️. So the great person I am. Drove 15 minutes out my way to save their food cost. If I knew I had to wait anyway I would have ran off on the plug twice. ( Not go there instead in other words). Never again. While I was waiting and watching them laugh and talk. A car was at the speaker and it was two girls in there with headsets on. No one was in the building. The car pulled off and passed by me sticking their middle fingers up. To my dissatisfaction the cashier's didn't see it. Its all fun and games until the money slows down. Other than that the salad was awesome. 1 star for food...

Love their grilled tilapia. However it's a inconvenience for them when someone asks for something other than FRIED FOOD. I started going to this location because they were the only place I actually liked GRILLED tilapia from. However after the first 2times I became a pain obviously. Why offer grilled if it takes so long yall dont want to cook it. It takes so long yall will say the grill is down or yall aren't taking call in orders. I'd think calling in grilled fish after seeming to be a issue with TIMING, itd make it more convenient! And if a person doesn't mind waiting OUT OF LINE FOR SOMETHING THEY KNOW TAKES A BIT LONGER TO COOK. WHAT IS REALLY THE ISSUE? LAZY! Lol anywho, found another place just the other day who has grilled tilapia that comes with lemon lol. I'm sure Boston's has great fried foods, but I don't eat fried foods and shouldn't get grief because of it! So 4stars for taste. 1star...

I went through the drive-through after waiting 20 minutes to place my order only to not get what I’ve ordered. They gave me two catfish and try to pass it off for whitening and I ordered a 10 piece, lemon pepper, wings and fries and they gave me two flats and the rest drums. You would think they would at least give you half drums and half flats, but I got just the opposite on drums and two flats, very dissatisfied with the food and the customer service. When I called back, he swore up and down that he gave me whitening but the smell of the fish and the taste of the fish is catfish and the drums and flats or fried really hard where they was an edible. Would not recommend to my friends and families coming in next weekend for the magic city classic. Go somewhere else where they appreciate you as a customer and...
