Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

I’m not one to leave reviews on businesses but the experience me and my family just had at this location was baffling. Going through the drive-thru because at 9pm they had the inside locked they took a good while taking our order and asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times, which is fine. After we went around and paid at the window we were asked to park upfront and they would bring our food out to us in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes they brought food out to the car that was there before we ordered and we asked why we had been waiting double the time they told us which the worker responded and said they would be done in a few more minutes. We wait another 30 minutes and they finally bring out a bag which did not contain all of our order, we were missing three biscuits and our drinks. We went to knock on the door but the workers just stared at us and did not come to the door until we had to get out of the vehicle and knock on the drive-thru window and told them that they had not given us our food and they responded rudely by acting like all was fine and then made our drinks and handed us some more biscuits, almost an hour after being told it would only be 15 minutes. I went through the drive thru tonight (8\12) at around 9:15 (closes at 10pm) waited at the intercom for about 5 mins, no response. I then drove to the window to see a female cashier counting her drawer and doing what seemed to be her closing duties and another male employee standing around. She looked at me rolled her eyes and kept counting and fumbling with the register. When I honked my horn, she opened the window. I asked her if they were closed and she responded by saying they only had "white meat". I said ok, and started tell her my order. She left for a brief second and came back to say the chicken was "not worth selling" and "we closed". I told her that makes no sense, especially since I know they close at 10pm. Her response "I don't know, but we closed" and then rudely slams the window in my face. She was very rude, and definitely doesn't need to be working there if that's the way she treats customers. I'm also certain that the employees had no business closing that early especially when she couldn't even give me a clear reason as to why they were closed in the first place. I went through the drive thru and the place was very busy. I ordered a 3 piece, no thighs and fries because the fried okra was out and the 5 peppers. The guy at the drive thru window was really really nice and apologetic about the okra and the wait. I had to pull over and wait for the chicken. When I got my order I did not check it, I just drove off. When I did check it to get it ready to eat on my 3 hour drive home I was surprised that they had separated my order into 2 serving boats but upon further inspection I realized I had the wrong order. Okay, not so bad let's see what we have here. Is it worth going back and getting it fixed or no? It was actually 2-2piece orders and biscuit. But I had no fries. Well a piece of chicken is a better choice anyway so now I have what I thought was 4 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. I'll live. Then sadness crept in be cause each of those orders had a thigh, so now I am back down to 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. Churches done put me on a diet! But then instead of 5 pieces of peppers I got 6! I still won and the chicken was good and my dog LuLu loved those thighs so...
