First time here! Arrived at 11 breakfast is served until 1130. Ordered the breakfast plate no menu or prices posted for Breakfast. The breakfast plate comes with Rice or Grits, Eggs, Toast and a meat of choice. I ordered my plate with no toast, cheese eggs with sausage and a side of bacon. Wasn't a fan of the pork sausage but overall it was good. Loved the rice cooked perfectly. Only issue was that the table I sat at was sticky. Ill be back to try lunch options. So...I read all of the reviews before I came myself to taste the food, mostly great reviews except for a couple of reviews. One review said the food was bland(no taste) and I can say that's a lie. I don't know who mad the reviewer upset but let's not lie now. I would've gave all 5 stars but the place needs to be updated with new tables, paint, etc. They also have an 99 health department rating, so their really clean. Places like this needs to be where it can get more traffic: hoover, or homewood even. Keep up...

I drove all the way over there for my lunch about a week ago, and it was closed. I'd heard good reviews and decided to try it out. I called first to see what was the daily menu, but no one answered.
