I came thru the line the lady had taken my order and read it back to me ..I get to the window and paid my total my food came shortly after I ordered ×2 6 piece whole wings one with ranch and cheese fries got home to find ×2 6 piece whole wings and fries one missing the ranch and cheese ..I called several times the line was busy ..I even went as far to text the number no messenger I took pictures of the food and the recipe for me it's the principle you have an establishment where you place and recieve orders ...the least is getting it correct I spent $28 and what I wanted to do was come back but my kid had already started eating and I didn't want to pull the plate back just to come back to show I wasn't deceiving about what was missing..I kept thinking the gas I'd waste but anyway I will post the picture here so everyone else can see so if you go there make sure u check before u leave I finally got in touch with them and was told to hold the receipt (put it in the dashboard) and they'll take care of it when I come back through..no...

Placed a pick up order. Showed up 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready, although they were nice enough to make my drinks 20 minutes early so the ice would be completely melted. Ms. Tee demanded to see my I.D. and when I told her I didn't have my wallet she said I couldn't pick up my order. I finally talked her down to me showing her my receipt. The only reason I keep coming back here is because the food is good but I can't stand the staff. I feel like they hire anyone who come's in asking "Y'all got jobs?" They have two tv's on different channels blasting at full volume and a music stereo turned to full volume in the store just in case you didn't want to actually be heard when you're ordering. If there was a way for me to order and pick it up without interacting with your employees, I would give this...

I ordered on line. Ordering went very smoothly. When I arrived 23mins later the front of house was very efficient with the line in front of me. It only took me two minutes to get to the front of line. Very steady. I gave my name on order and they had no issue finding order. Within seven minutes They checked my order with me, added condiments per request and I was out the door with correct order. Bravo East 23rd Street WingOut. Exceptional service and great food. I definitely will be back and suggest you try for yourself. Great portions for the price and taste was wonderful. Try the brown sugar bubble tea it's refreshing. Burgers are huge and tasty. Philly steak is good for our area and of course the wings...
