I usually order food from them and its hot and fresh. That's what I'm used to. Today I ordered a whiting fish sandwich combo and a honey barbecue wing combo. It was not what I usually expected of them. My issue were the fries and fish sandwich. I called to speak to the manager about it, and he seems apathetic about it. I told him I decided to call him to inform him of my issue instead of writing a bad review, bc all of my other experiences had been good and I didn't want to do this over one bad experience. He didn't apologize for the experience or say anything to show his concern. As a manger of a business, whose job responsibilities include making sure customers have a satisfying experience seemed to have "struck out" on that part. It spoke volumes about him in an unpleasant sense. I quickly got off the phone with him. I wasn't seeking free food. I was in a hurry to make it to an appointment. An apology would have been nice, and assurance that my food would be fresh next time. The issue with my sandwich was that it was more "chewy" than crispy or crunchy. It was a fried fish sandwich. Seems as if it might have been sitting, and the fries also. They turned cold as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot it seems. As I was eating the sandwich, I had to pull parts of the fish out of my mouth to sit it in the to go box bc it was chewy and nasty. I suggest checking your food before you leave just in case it's not fresh or š„ hot. I give the MANAGER an "F" for "CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION RESOLUTION".
Also, after I left this review I went to read others and it seems as if this place is on a slow decline if they don't correct the issues. People are complaining about the quality of food from what I read. The same thing I'm complaining of. This looks like a patterned. I hate it when a business gets comfortable and start giving poor quality service. It's like they start taking their customers for granted. The same ones that allow them to stay open for business by patronizing them. My advice to you KING WINGS...

They had already handed a large bag to the driver in front so why was he just sitting there so long? I didn't see them hand the driver another bag so he pulled off. When I got to the window, they gave me my order, I checked the wings. They looked fine. Got them home, it was another story. My brother said they about taste nothing like lemon pepper. I called up there. The young black girl answered but she put the phone down and got the manager. The manager doesn't speak good english so the black girl told me pretty much that if I wouldn't have tasted the food, yhey would've given me a refund. I told her tasting them was the only way to find out if they were what I ordered. I asked her were they gonna give the wings to another customer bcuz that's nasty. I could've sneezed on them or something. That's a crazy policy and it makes me not trust that the food they serve wasn't another customer's return. My brother wanted wings, so I made the run for him.
