The young gentleman at the front register definitely displayed great customer service but the young man who came and went to cooking didn't wash his hands (at least that is what I believe) was the only one preparing pizzas with no gloves, does a pizza and put it back on the counter and would've prepared it if for me not saying anything. He then proceeded to smell the anchovies in the can for the pizzas, as took them out of the can be again then put them to his face smelling. I'm totally disgusted with his service. As I said something to him about it he got offended the nerves! If it wasn't for the hungry grown men waiting for these pizzas and like make sure you get a receipt in case we get sick this pizzas would've been sitting there. Not the first issue last week ordered delivery for the first time.. it took over 2 hours for a simple delivery that was only supposed to be 34 minutes at the longest (including delivery per information given). NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! and they still took the tipfrom the delivery that was supposed to be canceled. There is only a few people working in there that like what they do and put customer satisfaction, food, and safety/healthy guidelines first! I will not be referring anyone to this Domino's or returning! Thank you to the young man who took my order though. He was polite and showed awesome customer service. Outside of that you can throw the whole store away. Sorry...
Read moreThis has to be the worst dominos EVER!! It gets worse and worse each time. I am trying to figure out how 8-9 people are working and it takes an hour after the quoted food time to get my food for pickup. They had half the order on time and then had to wait for the other so of course the pizza was not very warm. I asked her could she run it back thru the oven. You would have thought I asked her to walk on water....the manager eventually made her do it. They have a shelf with a heater above it not the enclosed cases like pizza hut which keeps it hot so food is just staying some what warm. The pasta wasn't even cooked all the way thru. It was super noodly tasting like when it needs to cook longer. The guy putting the cheese on had no gloves on just digging all in the cheese but I discovered that on the way out the door. I just had to say my grace and pray over my pizza and feed the hungry kids over an hour late. I will stop patronizing them. It's sad because we have to keep driving away from our neighborhood to get quality service. I hate it because everything will close up due to no buyers but it's time out for dealing with this just just keep it in the neighborhood. They have no real system of knowing what pizza goes next or mine would not have been out of order. The owners need to come in here and evaluate and maybe work in there like the owners of chic fil a so the service can turn around....
Read moreI made an order on line for drive up delivery, i went i. To make sure i the order was right, 50 mins later i decided to no longer wait for them to bring it to my car. I walked in and the young man looked puzzled and then left me for 5 more minutes, he then looked at the screen hesitating twice and then tell me there is no order for me ….. which was paid for. He then say we can make it and it will take 15 mins, i said no thank you. He cancelled more order and said ITS CANCELED. I then said than i should receive a credit because you didn’t have my pizza delivered to my car in 2 mins after coming out of the oven. The manager reluctantly stopped and gave me a pen to write my name and number on. She then told me i had to come inside next time to place my order. The next day i did just that my bill was high then it was the day before even with the credit. I talked to the manager on duty who don’t know what to tell me but then said it was because it was an online order and he then walked away. I placed an order online for car delivery while standing inside. The manager then come back to take my order 15 mins later. My credit of 15 dollar could not be used on my current order as it was the day before. The worse thing was the wait that felt way too long in solace that seemed...
