Hardee's — Restaurant in Black River Falls

Have stop in numerous times most of them through the drive thru. Yesterday I went inside the lobby to order (had to use restroom). I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged, there was a worker filling orders for drive thru and she was talking to another worker at drive thru that I couldn’t see. Finally the worker filling the drive thru orders asked the other worker to come take my order. It was apparent that there was some type of conflict between the two of them. The other worker came over and I greeted her by there was no response, she just looked at me. I told her I wanted a number #3 (sausage & egg biscuit, potatoes, and drink) which was $6.59 on the overhead menu. She asked what drink I would like by saying ”drink”. I said sweet tea. She entered my order and said “$7.49”. I questioned why it was $7.49 when on the menu board it was $6.59. She did not reply other than to again say “$7.49”. I asked again about the difference and she turned to whisper to the other worker. By this I was completely frustrated and just turned...

I took my oldest son out for breakfast on his birthday this past Tuesday. It was so nice to be able to dine IN at my all-time favorite fast food restaurant!

We DID learn that biscuits & gravy is really only one biscuit & gravy. Never realized that before since the biscuit is generally already cut n covered with gravy. I'm guessing because there hasn't been any "for here" orders in so long, it had become habit to package everything "to go".

In any case, the food was delicious & to the excellence I'd previously been accustomed to. My loaded omelet biscuit was divine! 😇

Sherry, from what I can gather, you seriously make the difference! I have to say the service at this location has improved measurably the past 6 months (give or take). Keep up the good work everyone.

I've been to this Hardee's a few times over the past several weeks. The staff have always been appropriately professional. I cannot complain about the service. Food is served in a timely manner. This particular restaurant is always clean and well kept. The food is above par as far as fast food restaurants are concerned. My main burger of choice has been any one of the various 1/3 lb burgers. All are very tasty and leave you with the impression that what you are eating at Hardee's is actual beef because it tastes like beef. One last thing to cut it short: Hardee's gives past and present military folks a discount if they show their military/veteran I.D. card. On any of their 1/3 lb meals that discount is $1. Which is far better than other places give. If you're in Black River Falls, stop in and you won't be disappointed.
