Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Blackwell

We stopped at this Braum's on 11/19/21 at about 8:40 PM on the way to Nebraska. I ordered a bowl of chili and made sure to double check if it came with cheese, onions, and sour cream. The lady at the drive through said yes. We were rushed through the drive through so we couldn't check if we had everything we needed. We were already by the Oklahoma/Kansas border before I realized that not only did we NOT get the cheese, onions, and sour cream but we didn't even get utensils!! How am I supposed to eat a bowl of chili without at least the utensils??? I'm very frustrated because it's not like we were going home and there's nothing until you get to the McDonald's at the Kansas border. Since y'all are really close to the border y'all really need to make sure that orders that need utensils have utensils at...

Had a long trip back and we needed to stop and grab a quick bite. This Braums was understaffed but the crew was on their game. When we got there there were some dirty tables, wet counters and floors, and trash cans were mostly full. We ordered and cleaned up a table. Food came out and was delicious. The toddler loved the tots and the wife and I liked the burger and chicken tenders. About when we were done, the trash was taken care of, floors and tables were clean, and the place was in a much better state. Great job y'all and hats of to all service workers, you are underappreciated, but you truly keep this country going. 🙏

I pulled through drive through and ordered food. I ordered a bag of biscuits and a bag of breakfast burritos. I was asked to pull ahead of the other cars because my was being made fresh. You know most customers wait for 1 minute and think that is a long time. I sat in my car in the drive through for 25 minutes and watch 9 cars pull away with food. No one bothered to come and tell me what was going on with my order. So I pulled around and went in side and asked for refund. I will never visit braum's again because of this and two other experiences I encountered with braum's. This was the final strike and your out.
