Totally Chocolate — Restaurant in Blaine

I had a great experience during the entire process of selecting gifts for a couple hundred of our business partners. Even the links provided to track the packages as they were delivered around the holidays was very convenient! Then a couple of months later, I got hit with charges that I did agree to....to an extent. The deal is that If a customer provides any incorrect shipping data to their "Drop Ship Department", the gifts will get returned to Totally Chocolate--in which they then would incur costs to ship them back to you to handle. This makes sense...but what doesn't make sense is that the UPS drivers apparently report back any incorrect data even after a successful delivery...for example, in one of my cases, an address was missing a suite number, but when the UPS driver walked in the front door, the suite number to the main building tenant was not on the label, which really shouldn't matter...The package went to the main building door address that was provided. However, the UPS driver sends back info missing after successful delivery which in this one case was "suite 200". Almost 2 months later, I am being charged $16.50 for an incorrect address event though the package was SUCCESSFULLY delivered. This is just one example. I believe this is part of their business model to generate additional revenue. What is annoying is that every package was delivered and it appears not a single driver was inconvenienced, however, Totally Chocolate gets corrections sent back to them (some very minor) and they elect to hit you with additional costs that are really pure...

Updated 2020 review: Our service from TOTALLY CHOCOLATE has always OUTSTANDING over the 7 years we've been getting their chocolate! I mean, who wouldn't be happy & feel awesome about working with chocolate! It shows in their enthusiasm. Our chocolate business cards continue to get a smile and joyful response – and that’s a great way to reinforce my appreciation for client business. The quality of the product is seen in the smile of our customers as they enjoy their first bite. I researched several custom chocolates companies for an event I was hosting. I looked at a myriad of businesses but ultimately settled on totally chocolate. At the onset, I was in contact with a representative (Sherri), who guided me through the entire process. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions. She wanted to ensure that I had a complete understanding of what I was ordering and what was needed from me to complete the custom art work. After Several discussions and revisions, I approved the art work. Upon receiving the chocolates, I was extremely pleased and found my chocolates to be as ordered. They were packaged with extreme care and arrived unbroken. When displayed at the event, my guests were amazed by the workmanship and the amount of detail that went into each piece.
