Bronc's Corral Cafe — Restaurant in Blair

I was sadly disappointed, I was there just a year ago and the food was delicious. I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what? But today we were the only table in the restaurant, the waitress got the order wrong. We had one order regular fries one order sweet potato, But got two regular fries they were burnt, the hamburger was burnt and dry, she did try to correct the fries problem. She also had friends come in and we’re just visiting with her about a baby shower. She seem more concerned about that and or her baby’s daddy. That was pretty frustrating…. I really wanted to walk out and not pay but, didn’t want to be rude BTW I was starving hadn’t eaten all day, my bad. I didn’t want to end on a negative so, along with my complaint about the food I left some suggestions. Maybe they would like to not press their hamburger patty down so much as to dry it out and to watch it so it doesn’t get burnt and maybe leave it medium, so it can be juicy. I would like to say that the staff was very nice !! I wish them better luck next time. God bless

Food to die for & would be in the presence of saints... gr8food & even more wonderful people seeing to your comforts & needs ... not to mention the folk breaking bread with & around you. Go.... You'll find yourself Blessed...... don't forget the deserts....it only gets...

When I have to eat out of town, I say to myself, I wish there was Bronc's Corral around. I love the food but love the people even more. Seriously the best cafe I've ever eaten in. Best service you could ask for. Proud to have this place...
