My family and I dine here frequently. Every time the experience gets worse.

Tonight we came in for dinner. Our family arrived around 5:30 and we got there about 5:45. Once we arrived, they had already had their order taken and drinks at the table. After waiting a few minutes our drink order was taken and brought to the table. In that time the rest of our party received their meals and a pizza for everyone at the table. We had then placed our order which consisted of 1 order of wings, a chicken caesar salad with extra dressing on the side as well as a side of mild wing sauce and 1 order of fries. In the time we waited everyone else had finished their food and the pizza was cold and still no food. After about 45 minutes, our waitress had stopped at our table (which she had a few times but never offered anything or assured our food was coming), and at that point I asked for our food to be packaged to go. We waited about 10 more minutes for this to happen. I would also like to add that the resturant was never more than half full during our visit and having worked in restaurants before would not call it busy. Anyway- Once we got home i opened my salad to find a caesar salad with 4 croutons on it, with extra dressing. The chicken was packaged on the side and was drenched in a sauce that tasted like teriyaki sauce (you know, exactly what you want to eat with caesar??). I know this review doesnt matter to this business but it is very disappointing that the quality of the food is declining. Not to mention the bill for 4 orders of wings (on their wing night special), a salad, a fry and a tray of pizza was $100. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. my friends and i came in at 11:30pm on a Monday after calling the bar to ensure the kitchen was open until midnight, which was confirmed. upon arrival, we were told nicely by our bartender (a young man) that because it was 30mins to close, the kitchen could only serve us wings and that we couldn’t have any drinks that weren’t bottled. we were okay with this and said as much, but then were interrupted by the woman bartender and told “well we close in 30 mins?” with an attitude. i explained to her that we were under the impression that the bar was open until 2 due to the hours listed online, and she scoffed and walked away. when we got our food and were trying to quickly eat (at this point we felt uncomfortable because she seemed upset we were there) she walked to the other patrons in the bar and said that the other bartender should get ready because they closed in 10 mins and they WOULD be closing on time. now while i understand being annoyed that patrons come in a bit late, it is absolutely unacceptable to make said patrons feel like an inconvenience because you want to close quickly. if your bar/kitchen are open until midnight, why would you refuse to serve most items at 11:30? myself, my friends, and our family will not returning to this bar, and will be encouraging others to follow...

I normally order from here all the time but this the service was AWFUL & will never get my business again. I placed an online order at 6:22pm for delivery (I live maybe 1 minute away from Benny’s). I got an estimated delivery time of 7:51pm (which is fine I understand they are busy) normally they are pretty close to delivery times & it was around 8:15pm and my food still was not delivered to i went outside to look around & noticed it was delivered to the wrong house and was sitting at the wrong house for about half an hour (in freezing weather my food was ice cold) (not a problem mistakes happen). So I then called them and told them my food was delivered to the wrong house and was food was now freezing cold. First time I called the staff HUNG UP ON ME. So I called again (8:15pm), lady on the phone had an attitude. I explained what had happened and she offered to have the food remade & redelivered to which I accepted. She stated when the food got here she would have the delivery guy call me so it got delivered to the correct house. I never received a phone call & my food never came (I have ring doorbells I would be able to see) I sat around until 11PM waiting for a redelivery that NEVER CAME.
