Subway — Restaurant in Blennerhassett

This Subway is nice if you prefer a place that is a little out of the way and because of this, it has a quiet atmosphere. The last time I ate here it seemed they could use some help getting the floor plan set (where customers sit). There were some booths and some tables but basically just along the walls while there was a large open space in the center. Also, little to no decoration, at least nothing I took notice of. A little effort in those areas would take this establishment to the next level. Of course, the food was great. Even better because they will follow explicit instructions when you are customizing your order. They have never said no to any wacky request or odd order I wanted items put on and toasted. Story: Asked for my girlfriends pickup order and got handed a bag with a freshly made sub, once home I realized the bag label is wrong and the order is someone else's food that she can't even stomach rn. Call and ask about getting a replacement to pick up, only to be berated over the phone by multiple employees trying to get the correct order, but it was already thrown out. What a total waste of space employees. So I took my sub back because it was wrong it was something wrong but come on for the prices now days orders need to be correct. So to fix my sandwich the didn’t remake it like any other establishment would no this is what I got instead. They took my sandwich out of the bag tossed in the toaster with all the vegetables still on it toasted it and tossed new veggies on it and handed back to me.
