At first glance, the exterior of this place seemed to look into my eyes and welcome me in. With a name such as theirs, it was hard to decline their pretend invitation.
My significant other and I walked inside and were helped fast. We were able to choose where to sit and chose to sit inside at Table : 11.
From the Beverages section, I got a Fountain for 3.25. It was coke, diet coke, rasberry tea, sprite, pink lemonade, fruit punch, root beer, 7-up. I chose diet coke. From the Appetizers section, we got Chi Chi Shrimp for 18.95. It stated Shrimp served in our house made spices garlic sauce topped with cilantro & honey drizzle and your choice of tortilla. The server gave me options and I chose corn. The Burritos stated wrapped inside with rice, beans, lettuce, tomato & cheese. I chose Steak for 15.95. The Cilantro Favorites stated served with rice & beans, Add Suizo for $1.50 Add .95¢ for steak per item. In that section, we ordered Rocio’s Taco Dinner for 19.95. It was 2 steak tacos w/ beans, pico de gallo & avocados. Add melted cheese $1.25. Of course, I almost had to check out the drink menu. From the classic cocktails section, I ordered a Cantina Margarita. It stated this south of the border favorite is made with our best margarita recipe ever. served frozen or on the rocks. choose from: original (lime), strawberry, banana, mango, raspberry, peach, passion fruit. $1.00 for flavored. I chose to get it on the rocks and went with original (lime). The server gave me options for the size and I got 16oz. The server gave me the choice of salt or sugar on the rim. I chose salt. It was 12.95.
We were given free chips and salsa. They were fantastic. I was given free water. It was refreshing. The diet coke was alright and so was the free refill. The Chi Chi Shrimp was decent at first, but I wish it was less spicy. It wasn’t better with the tortilla, either. I didn’t care for this ensemble. The burrito wasn’t big, but it was presented nicely. It was pretty tasty. Rocio’s Taco Dinner ended up being excellent. The Margarita tasted great, but there was too much ice in my opinion.
The service was great throughout my visit. Our server was attentive and polite. I didn’t have any issues.
Overall, trying this place was a smart choice. I would like to go again to slam down another Margarita and see if there’s anything better on the menu.

I want to start by stating my entire family and I have been regular customers of Cilantro for almost a decade. I have catered many parties and recommend them for the quality of their food not necessarily their service since the change in management/owners. On 2/18/20 I picked up a take out order for 4 steak tacos that totaled $6.00 (not including the $3 tip I left). When I got home 15 min later I saw that my order was not made correctly which I promptly called Cilantro and let them know their mistake but stated that I could not come back right away as I needed to be at home with my infant daughter. I was told to come back anytime that night or tomorrow to pick up my correct order. At no point did the employee on the phone tell me I needed to bring the incorrect product back so I disposed of the tacos. 4 hours later I get a chance to come back to cilantro and was met by the same person who rang me out and it seemed everything was ok...the employee came back and said management (Patrick) and owner (Rocio) are requesting the wrong order back in order to receive replacements. I of course was in disbelief that a loyal customer recognized by many employees was being treated in such a way over a $6 order that AGAIN WAS MADE INCORRECTLY as well as wasting my time going back and forth. I then went home and unfortunately needed to dig through my trash to produce the evidence that I had not consumed their tacos and was running from what I guess they assumed a scam. I then drove back to cilantro (now the 3rd time) and presented the evidence in which the owner Rocio then picked up and commented, “I don’t even know what this is” implying that what I presented were not the tacos from earlier. She inaccurately made a comment that she only sees me on Tuesday’s (discount day) which offended me as a customer. Even after producing said tacos I was still not helped and ended up leaving with a refund of $6 and feeling humiliated, disrespected, and unappreciated as a paying customer. Rocio has no business running any business (check THEIR official...
