If I could leave negative 100 stars I would. Every-time I come to this location the bacon wraps are always partial cold. The food and drinks are inconsistent as some days itās good and some days it tastes like straight trash. Every time I come to this location they have me wait 15-20 min for my food. Today was the last straw!
I came in this morning and ordered two iced lattes with 4 wraps, plain bagel and two donuts. I get to the window and they forget what my first Latte was. They have me pull up in front and wait for my food and drinks. When they brought it out they messed up the order on one of my drinks where the manager was combative about. Before I drove off I realized they forgot the donuts which I had to go back in and get. The wake up wraps were cold, and they also forgot to put the bagel in my bag as well when I arrived home. My wife called and complained which they agreed to give a refund
We drove back where the manager was still combative and refused to give a full refund and ended up giving only a partial refund. The place needs to be shut down! What a waste of space! Poor management and service, like they just hire anyone off the street. I would not recommend anyone to come here, even if it was the last...

These workers do not even listen to your order...they simply put coffee in a cup and hand it to you without any regard of what you specifically ordered...then when you taste your coffee and request it be fixed...the manager at the window tries to charge you more or tells you that they did it right. This happens daily. There needs to be better training for the staff and the extremely rude male manager with the long her who works the window. I am a daily Dunkin patron, but I will now have to patronize the other locations and give this location time to get their staff and their attitudes together. I came back the next day they corrected it come to find out that sandwich was messed up came back they corrected It came back a week later they messed up on my sandwich.
