At 3 a.m., this lady made a mistake on my order. I clearly listed my order on my phone. She entered it into the system but never showed me what I ordered. I’m Deaf, and my order was very clear. I never asked for a coffee—it clearly said REFRESHER.
I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t give me cash and that I needed my physical card. I didn’t have my physical card, and they should have refunded me back to my card or at least offered another item since it was their mistake. Instead, they kept saying I could either keep the coffee or take a physical gift card. Even though it was their mistake, I couldn’t get anything resolved.
Since they refused to cooperate, they looked at me like I was crazy for using sign language while eyeing three Black cops and then calling them over. As a BLACK and DEAF customer just trying to get my order right, I felt completely disrespected. She got upset, took my receipt, and made me a drink. I demanded another refresher since she still refused to refund me or offer another item. While I was explaining the situation to the cop, she got mad and asked, “What’s the problem?!” She looked like she wanted me arrested or something. As I waited and watched, she made me a second refresher, but it was still wrong, and she refused to add vanilla and sugar cane. She continued to refuse to cooperate.
She dragged the cops into this situation when she was the one who made the mistake. I’m just a Deaf woman trying to get her order right. Involving the cops was unnecessary. She does not belong in customer service if she cannot treat customers with respect. She needs...
Read moreWish I could give no stars, but it is what it is. Went in got me a coffee and a turkey sausage and egg. After taking 2 bites, I looked at the sandwich, and the meat was very pinkish looking. I know they come precooked, but still looked like raw ground turkey to me. So I talked with an employee and she said she'll remake the sandwich, but as soon as I went in she said the manager said "NO!" So I asked to speak with her so I could show her the sandwich, and as soon as she turned the corner, she was very hostile and wanted to speak over me rather than listen to me. So yeah, I told her "listen I'm the customer and to please listen really quick," but she began to walk to the back and grab another turkey patty to show me how they come. At this point, she still didn't look at the sandwich, and I told her to take a look, and she refused and she then said "well then don't eat it, what do you want your money back"? At this point I wanted nothing from this place. I asked for her name, but didn't get it. I tossed out the sandwich in the heat of the confrontation because of my anger. I didn't get a chance to snap a pic. I really wanted to cuss her out for being so hostile but I'm not that guy anymore.
She needs to learn empathy and put herself in the shoes of the customer. A hostile manager is bad for business 3.7 stars is not a good look...
Read moreTERRIBLE...........! I went to this location the other day, and it was the worst experience I ever had there. I've been going there since they built that place. But on this particular day, there was a staff of people I've never seen before. The manager put a time clock on how long the girl at the window is allowed to help customers, which cause this young lady to rush; which caused her not give me a receipt, nor place a label on two different coffees, and not giving me the donuts I was still trying to decide on. To make matters worse, this manager came outside... not to listen to my concerns but to become very belligerent and hostile. I had asked her, you suppose to listen to what I'm saying as the customer, she stated, "You're not my customer" I had ask the other 2 employees to give me her name so I can call HQ, they would not out of fear. The manager then said, "When you call, it's going to come right back to me anyway." I called HQ and filed a complaint, and to this day, I have not received a call back.....smdh!...
