This place had really good chicken and Chile other food items. They have really good staff for the most part. Will not go again though due to the behavior of i guess, the owner. Everything was fine until she was on the scene for New year's eve. Called ahead for 50 pieces of chicken she said would be done in 30 to 35 minutes. Got there 40 minutes later and she said it would be another 20 minutes. I called ahead because i was on a tight schedule. Waited another 30 to 35 minutes still not ready. She didn't really start the chicken until we got there. Told her to cancel the order as i had guest waiting. She said she didn't care! She said i should be grateful and appreciative that she was willing to make that much chicken. She stated that she would have to throw the food away. [Doubt that happened] I actually feel bad for the people that have to work with her. She further threatened that i could not come back if i canceled. Fine by me! I can take my personal and work food budget elsewhere! She should stay out of her own business with that kind of attitude towards customers. I give the food 4 Stars nonetheless. I reduced this to one star after reading some of the other reviews about service issues add still add the fact that this person lied about everything. All of my administrative company phones auto record. Never lied on you never said that your pizza was/ is standard/ basic but you felt the need to lie.

Pizza was to be ready 30 to 35 minutes when we order was placed. For delivery guy left and came back asking my staff why he was still there. Owner/ manager stated she didn't care what else i had going on. If policy was 48 hours should have never said 30 to 35 minutes or even 40. As we're arrived after the stated time of preparedness and sat around for an additional 20 minutes and then another 20 waiting on an order that when first ask for you started was halfway done?!! Let's be fare here, You've blamed your chicken breast taking longer to cook,. Your "busy dinner rush" at past 7 p.m., Your policy of 48 hours for 50 pieces of chicken. And lastly, the customer for not wanting to wait another 30 to 35 minutes for something that should have been done and actually started when we got there. Oh. Yeah! Dont forget how you bragged about the other Toarminos on middlebelt, "He's closed already!" I hate being nice and lied on/to away...

One of the worst experience that I had with this place tonight. My wife and I would order their pizza from here multiple times because we enjoy it. Tonight was probably the worst pizza that my wife and I ever ate. They put more sauce than usual. When you would pick it up or take a bite, majority of the sauce would leak out. I felt like I did more cleaning than eating.

I call the place immediately to voice my displeasure. The employee transfers my call to the "assistant" manager. All I get from him is "I'm sorry" which did not sound very genuine and "I wasn't there to see how much sauce was being placed on the pizza." On top of that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because the guy on the phone told me it would be ready prematurely.

I didn't feel that I had great customer service from the "assistant" manager, so I asked if the store or general manager is available tomorrow for me to talk to instead. His reply is "I am the store manager." I had to request some type of compensation for my bad experience as I am clearly in the system that I order there frequently. I felt I had a just cause to be unhappy with my order. Than the "assistant" or "store" manager finally agreed to give me $5 dollars off on my next purchase and hung up before I can get his name.

I had high hopes when I decided to give this place a shot, but sadly, it fell flat—literally. The pizza had a major flop, and to make matters worse, the cheese seemed to have developed a passionate relationship with the cardboard box. I've never seen cheese cling to a surface so tenaciously.

While the toppings were decent, the overall experience left much to be desired. You know that feeling when you're eagerly anticipating a meal, and then it arrives, and it's just a letdown? That's exactly what happened here. It didn't hit the spot at all.

Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to give this local small business a second chance. Regrettably, the second attempt was even worse. I couldn't help but compare it to the pizza joint down the street, "Tomatoes," and in my humble opinion, they do a WAY better job. It's not even a close competition.

To add insult to injury, the staff didn't exactly win me over with their friendliness. It's a shame when the service doesn't compensate for the lackluster food. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I'll be sticking to my tried-and-true pizza spot...
