This place sucks. I only try to come here when I'm desperate, which is a bit more often than I'm comfortable admitting. The service is terrible. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the wrong order. Which seems really hard to do when I'm the only other customer in the dining room. Despite that, I still have to wait at least 5 minutes to have my order taken and that's on a slow day. The customer service is godawful. The one saving grace regarding the service is the guy that works there that looks like Pharrell. He seems to have an idea of what customer service should be like. They prioritize the drive thru customers over the walk-ins and no matter how many times you come in and order the EXACT SAME THiNG you'll always get a different price for it. There's another KFC about 3 miles away on Albany Avenue and a Popeye's a few blocks away from that location. Do yourself a favor: avoid this...

Was told items in order out of stock and they hardly had anything available. Multiple employees sat around doing nothing while others cleaned and talked about them closing soon when their hours say open to midnight. By the time my food was ready it was 8 pm. A whole hour after my pick up time. Nothing in my order was correct and the biscuits were hard as pucks. Iāve avoided this place for a long time as I knew the service was lacking, but was in town visiting family and thought hell, maybe theyāve improved. But no. They got even worse- and I didnāt think that was possible....

There were two other people looming around the counter, none of us were greeted or otherwise attended to by any of the handful of employees in what seemed like a chaotic state.
After another five minutes, a person asked someone if they would like to order. A nice customer (who noted to me that the manager had a bad attitude) asked if I would like help, to which I asked about my missing order. It was sitting in the pickup area, so I asked for my money back and left. Before I left, I wished the nice customer luck...
