I only gave it one star so I could write a review. We sat down and waited for a waitress. She went to two other tables of people who sat down after us. Finally after 7 mins we got menus. Then at 14 mins got our order placed at 26 mins got our food. Our table was dirty so when she did come over we asked if she could wipe our table and she rudely said "ok but I don't have a towel so what do you want to drink. " when she took the orders of the other two tables she could have easily stopped by our table and gotten our order as well as one of the other tables was right behind us and then she could have turned in both tickets at once. I had to repeat my order to her a couple of times because she couldn't remember or grasp the fact that I didn't want garnish on my burrito. Then she started to bring us one of the other tables food. After she finally saw that I had my stopwatch on my phone going then all of a sudden she became real nice and soft spoken and finally introduced herself when bringing us our food. Her name was Connie. Needless to say we will not be back to this place and would advise you to stay away too unless you like less than ok food and bad service. We always walk into a restaurant ready to leave a $15.00 tip and start deducting for things the waitress/waiter does incorrectly or behavior bad. This experience was so bad that we ended up leaving no tip. Now mind you, she controlled her own destiny of her tip so she is the one that did it to herself by not getting any tip. We have never had to leave no tip before. That is how bad the experience was. Wish I could say it was better, wish I could have given her a tip because my grandma was a waitress and I know how hard they work and how little pay they make, but I am not going to reward someone for treating us that way when a little kindness and customer service would have...

Waitress was friendly. Food was OK, only took an hour to get it. While I was waiting I took plenty of pictures. The restaurant is covered with Coca-Cola memorabilia. Took probably 15 pics of the coke stuff. The manager/owner approached me while I was trying to eat the mixed steak/chicken fajitas. She asked if I was taking pictures of the wait staff. I explained I took pictures of everything in the area, I planned on giving my review here. Before the conversation ended, she explained that the waitresses didn't want their images shared. I said that's not a problem, but she continued as if I were being creepy to her staff. Before leaving I explained and apologized to the waitress if I made her feel uncomfortable. Not my intention, and I didn't appreciate the sentiment. (I showed the manager/owner my pics- nothing distasteful in the least)

⭐⭐⭐⭐ for wait staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the food ⭐ for the wait(also ran out silverware) ⭐ for the accusatory questioning by the manager/owner

If you decide to stop here, pick a time when the parking lot is near empty. I'm sure you'll be served quickly with decent food from friendly staff. JUST DON'T TAKE PICTURES OF HUMANS... 😑 you'll have to deal with an unpleasant...

Food is fair to good, service is ok. However today when my wife and I were there, a few minutes before 3 p.m. ( closing time was 3 p.m.), this very old gentleman was coming to the door. He was using a walker, shuffling his feet. I got up to get the door for him. As he shuffled in one of the wait staff said we are closed. I looked at her and said you can fix him something to eat.she let him in. When he got to a seat a different wait person called him by name and said you should have came earlier The kitchen is closed. She said the manager said the kitchen was closed. She told him we can get you some soup or beans. At that point I went over and ask to talk to the manager. He came out and said they were cleaning up the kitchen, putting food up, and the grill was already cleaned up. I told him you can clean the grill again, get this man some food. What he wants. One of the wait staff then took his order. A side note a few minutes after I sat back down a customer came into pick up a go to order, and he was told it was still being prepared. Will I go back yes just because there is only 2 non fast food restaurantsin...

Our food was wonderful. Our server was not so wonderful. My biggest pet peeve is to have food in front of me and no utensils or napkins to begin eating. Not to mention once the drinks were delivered along with the chips and salsa we literally didn't see her on the floor until she brought us our food. I'm posting a pic of our chips and salsa. Btw we had not touched it before this pic..... it was actually that empty on delivery. I'm not a super needy patron but when I do ask for something I do not like when our server looks at me in such distaste and annoyance that I decide to say nevermind. For the record I really hate when anyone rolls their eyes, so to have our server rolling our eyes bc I wanted to order extra sopapillas is ridiculous. The other servers were very friendly and willing to help.

We ate here while camping nearby the night before we drove to Chaco Culture. My husband had a Navajo Taco that was really good. It appears to be a locally owned restaurant. The server was very nice and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. I had a Mexican combination plate. It was really good too. We will definitely stop by here again

Hahahahaha. Trip advisor lists this as #1 for breakfast. Well, I guess if you are starving after a 500 mile drive. Waitress was excellent. Tortillas swimming in oil. Eggs, no seasoning. Beans with too much salt. Red chili bland. Green chili good. I won't recommend this for any reason known to humans.
